"I'm sorry, Jenny... I'm so sorry..." Christopher felt torn up inside. Of course he was not angry at God. It was more of a sadness that he couldn't have more time in the physical world. Yet the blond knew that his fate had been planned out for him from the start... He shook his head, shutting his eyes.

She bit her lip, feeling a tear running down her cheek. "Please..." She whispered.

He took her hands in his weak ones and brought his lips to hers, kissing her gently.

She closed her eyes, kissing back softly.

His eyes fluttered closed as he kissed her once more. Christopher's heart raced in his chest and butterflies danced around in his stomach. Is this what love feels like? he wondered.

She gently wrapped her arms around his neck. This is my best friend...my brother...why do I feel this way about him?

He pulled back a fraction of an inch, breathing hard.

She opened her eyes as she caught her breath.

He looked into Jenifer's eyes. She seemed so sad... He wished he could fulfill God's wishes and keep everyone happy...

Jenifer looked into his eyes, before bringing his lips back to hers.

Christopher kissed her tenderly, threading his fingers through her hair.

Jenifer smiled slightly into the kiss.

Christopher felt Jenifer smile a bit into the kiss. This moment was so bittersweet... The thought that he was with her right now filled him with joy, though the fact that he'd be leaving soon dampened the mood.

Jenifer pulled away slightly, their lips still less then an inch away.
