(Sorry 😬)
After a while the bell rang, and Natsuki gathered her stuff as quickly as she could and left. She glanced behind her to check if Chase was following - he wasn't - and put the stuff she didn't need back in her locker, then walked down to the cafeteria for lunch. -
Nikolai walked over to the cafeteria, meeting up with Natsuki.

Natsuki stood in line in the cafeteria, reaching into her pockets for her wallet. She noticed Nik and smiled at him.

Nik grinned. “How was class?”

Natsuki gave a thumbs up as she moved to third in the line, shuffling her weight from foot to foot impatiently.

Nikolai followed Nat, not knowing what to do.
“So um, what’s your next class?” He asked, shoving his hands in his pocket. -
Nat shrugged, getting to second in the line. She made a mental note to check after lunch.

Nikolai didn’t know what else to do, so he just fidgeted with his hands, trying not to look weird.

Once Nat got her lunch, she found an empty table for them to sit at and gestured for Nik to follow her. She sat down at the table, resting her elbows on the table and her chin in her hands.

Nikolai sat down, wondering what Nat was thinking about. “So um… what’s up?”

Natsuki pointed up to the sky, a small amused smile on her face.

Nik laughed, grinning.
“BESIDES the sky.” He said, still laughing. -
Natsuki pointed up to a particularly large cloud, letting out a small chuckle. She took a bite from her toastie, still smiling.

“Come ON!” Nikolai said, but he could barely get his words straight because of how hard he was laughing.

Natsuki pointing up to a treetop, laughing harder. Then she got out her phone and wrote, "Class was fine. How was yours?", still laughing, and set it on the table so Nik could see.
