She sighed and walked into the T.V. room. She saw Chris. "You okay..?" She asked.

"Hm?" His eyes snapped open and his hands fell to his sides. "Oh, yeah. Just dizzy is all."

She tilted her head slightly to the side.

He shrugged. "A side effect. Nausea. I'll be fine, it comes and goes."

She nodded slowly. "Alright..."

Chris stood up. "So what time should we leave here at?"

"About 15 minutes." She responded.

"Okay," he replied, his voice still holding the tired, weak quality it had received since th rediagnosis. "Do you think..." he paused, his eyes shifting down to look at the floor. "Do you think I'll be picked on because of my health?"

She stepped towards him. "If not that, they'll find something. They always do.." She sighed.

"So they will? ... Scrutinize me because I'm ill?" He bit his lip. He was suddenly nervous about returning to a school where he'd never felt welcome.

"I didn't say that, I said they might...It's probably just me over thinking..."

"No, it's fine. It's better that I know what I'm in for before it happens."

She sighed. Suddenly dreading the day more then she already was.

He glanced over at the digital clock. "We should head out now."

She nodded. "Okie."
