"Yep. And," She said, starting to walk towards the art room. "most of the people aren't annoying, or bullies." She smiled.

He shut his locker and followed her down the hall. "One place where there's peace and serenity. Just paper, pencil, and endless possibility."

They entered the art room, greeted by smiles and quiet.
"Christopher! Welcome back!" The art teacher said, beaming.
Chris smiled back at her. "Thanks." Though I probably won't be back for long... -

Jenifer stood beside Chris as the art teacher welcomed him.

"Take a seat ad make yourself at home. We're glad to have you back."
Christopher nodded and sat down at what used to be his usual spot. -

Jenifer sat down beside Chris, while some other kids she kinda talked to sat across from them. -
My iPod says it can't load the movie. ;^;
"Today we'll be working on landscapes. You're allowed to use any media you deem necessary, as well as any type of landscape. Whether it be surreal, realistic, or imaginary. Be prepared to explain why you chose your particular piece." -

Jenifer half payed attention to the teacher, her mind wandering the way it always did. -
I shall look it up tomorrow then.
Christopher immediately grabbed some paper and shading pencils. He knew exactly what he was going to draw -- the gates of heaven. He set to work sketching out the general shape of the picture, then going back for the minute detailing. -

Jenifer sighed, her mind trying to focus and the paper in front of her, but it hurt her mentally everything she did. Stupid mind won't work correctly. She thought bitterly. -
He bit his lip, making tiny, quick strokes on the paper. His eyes followed the pencil. Slowly, a remarkable image began to unfold.

She gritted her teeth in frustration.

He sat back for a second, glancing up at Jenifer. "You okay? You seem frustrated."

"Hm?" She said, looking up at Chris. "Uh, yeah. I'm fine." She lied.
