Lavender looked down immediately at the groundskeeper. "Ohhhhh s---." She laughed nervously.

Maeve giggled at Lavender's reaction. 'Nothin'~' she laughed.
'You two need to get off that tree, I can fine you both for trespassing.' -
Lavender's gaze flickered between Maeve and the groundskeeper. "You got a plan?" She mumbled.

Maeve pulled her close and they disappeared. The groundskeeper rolled his eyes. The two appeared in the town square.

Lavender blushed, not pulling away from her once they got to the town square.

Maeve chuckled, holding her close. 'You okay?'

"I'm fine." She looked up, smiling. "If he catches us though, you're paying the fines."

Maeve laughed. 'Pfft, whatever. My brother can pay.'

"Right, your super rich and royal brother." Lavender said in an overdramatic voice, chuckling after.

'Exactly,' Maeve laughed. 'His fault for not giving me an allowance. C'mon, where to next?'

"Are you hungry?" Lavender asked, shrugging.

'Not really. We can probably steal something from the kitchen. Free food is always good.'

Lavender nodded. "Could we go to your room after?" What she really meant was could I stay the night? but she figured she could ask that later.

'Yeah, sure,' Maeve grinned.

Lavender beamed. "Great. Lead the way."
