"True," Adrienne replied with a nod, running a hand through their hair.

"do you think they'll unlock the school soon?" Octavia said, looking at the doors.

"Hopefully," Adrienne replied with a shrug, looking over at the gates.

"you'd think they'd open them soon due to how cold it is." Octavia said, rubbing her hands together.

"The inside's no better, it's always freezing in my classes," Adrienne said with a chuckle, crossing their arms over their chest.

"true but there's less wind inside. It makes my nose feel like it's on fire personally." Octavia said

"That's true," Adrienne replied with a quiet chuckle, nodding a little.

Octavia sat down and pulled her old notebook out of her bag along with a sparkly pen.

Adrienne glanced over and got off their board, sitting down on it beside Octavia. "How're your allergies today?" They asked, running a hand through their hair.

"I took some allergy medicine today so they're better. My nose is still clogged but y'know." Octavia said. She started drawing an eye on a page already covered with eyes

"That's good to hear," Adrienne replied with a short nod, crossing their arms as they glanced down at Octavia's journal. "Whatcha drawing?"

"eyes. I draw them when I'm bored like a real artist." Octavia said, dotting her outline with eyelashes

"Mm, cool," Adrienne spoke with a small smile, watching Octavia draw. "I like to draw as well, but I haven't had much free time to-"

"oh neat, what do you like drawing the most? What medium do you prefer? Do you have a sketchbook?" Octavia asked enthusiastically. She didn't get along well with the other artists at school, though she couldn't tell why they didn't like talking to her.

"Hmm, I like water color and oil pastels, but I usually just doodle in my notebook or journals," Adrienne replied with a shrug, a small smile on their face.
