Lavender played with her hand with a grin.

Maeve blushed.

Lavender looked up at her after a moment. "You don't mind, do you?"

‘Mind what?’

"Me playing with your hands." She didn't add that she thought they were very pretty, thinking that would sound weird the second she did.

‘Yeah, of course I don’t mind.’

"Okay." Lavender moved closer to her, smiling.

Maeve grinned.

Lavender grinned back, still playing with her hand.
