“I know, as sketchy as it is, I love being there with you, y’know?” Evan said softly, looking up at Connor. -
“Yeah, same here, hun~” Connor said with a smile, pressing a short kiss on Evan’s lips.

Evan smiled, studying Connor after he pulled away, only looking back in front of them when they got to the front door. “Y’know, I’m so freaking annoyed. I have one chapter left in my audiobook- But there’s not enough time to resolve anything so I know it’s gonna be a cliffhanger-“ he whined.

“Damn, that sucks,” Connor said with a chuckle, gently squeezing Evan’s hand. “I hate when that s--- happens-“

“I know,” Evan said with a quiet chuckle, reaching up and rubbing his eyes. He grabbed his keys out of his pocket as they approached, unlocking the door once they got there.

Connor hummed as he followed Evan inside, rubbing his back for a moment before heading to their room and the bathroom.

“Oh my Goddd, I missed it so much-“ Evan said in a slightly whiny voice, walking over and falling onto their bed.

Connor chuckled, watching Evan for a moment with a smile before entering the bathroom. “Literally same, my bed in the cabin is so f---ing uncomfortable,” he said, opening the cabinet above the sink and pulling out two pill bottles.

“I knowwww-“ Evan groaned quietly, rubbing his eyes and yawning a little, sitting up. “It’s so cold at night, too-“

“I don’t mind the cold, mostly because I get really f---in’ warm in my sleep,” Connor said with a chuckle, walking over and sitting beside Evan.

Evan leaned on Connor, turning his head to look at him. “Hell yeah you do. I love it~” he teased, leaning over and pressing a quick kiss on his boyfriends lips.

Connor smiled and kissed Evan back, resting his hand on the brunette’s. “I miss our cuddles, like so f---ing much, babe~”

Evan smiled and nodded, glancing around the room for a minute. “It’s gonna be so nice coming back here after camp. But, alas, we have to go back,” He said with a chuckle, standing.

“For real,” Connor said with a sigh, watching Evan with a smirk. “I mean, we don’t have to leave right away, do we~?”

“What were you thinking~?” Evan said with a tired, but curious giggle, sitting down next to Connor again.
