“Mm, that sounds pretty good right about now,” Connor replied with a smile, shifting onto his side to face Evan. “Love you~” -
Evan smiled a little bit, squeezing Connor’s hand. “I love you too~ can you put my audiobook on again?”

“Mhm,” Connor said with a tired smile, pulling up Evan’s audiobook and turning it on. He set his phone down in the cup holder, yawning softly and soon falling asleep in the car.

Evan parked the car, doing his best to quietly unbuckle. He grabbed his phone for a moment, stopping the audiobook and texting someone back.

Connor stirred awake, feeling the car stop. “Mm, are we back home yet?” He murmured, yawning softly as he sat up.

“Yeah,” Evan nodded, glancing up with a tired smile. “I don’t really know where your meds are- in the bathroom?”

“Yeah, I can go grab them really quick,” Connor spoke, yawning as he sat up. “Do you want me to drive back? You seem kind of tired, hun~”

Evan shrugged, shaking his head. “Nah, I think I’ll be fine- you might have to stay away and distract me, but still-“ he chuckled a little. “Do you want me to come with you?” -

“You can if you want, I was just gonna grab my meds- And maybe use the bathroom before we get on the road,” Connor replied, running a hand through his hair. -

“Okay, I’m gonna come with you I need to get up,” Evan said with a chuckle, turning the car off and opening the door to step out. -

Connor chuckled and nodded, getting out of the car. He hummed and stretched, walking over to Evan’s side and grabbing his hand before heading to their apartment. -

Evan twined their fingers together, leaning against Connor and resting his head on his shoulder. “It’s been so long- the poor apartment is all alone~” -

“I know, I sure have missed this place,” Connor said with a chuckle, kissing Evan’s head. “I miss having a space for just us.”
