c1 and c2 are friend, best friends in fact. but they both work for rival summer camps, so they kind of have to pretend to hate each other. they always make sure to spend time together tho, sneaking out at night while their campers are asleep to “the spot” and, well, yk- *wink wink* one day they get caught then decide they’ve had enough of this rivalry crap and try to get both the camps to become friends n stuff lol
(so, do we wanna stick with the same timeline as birds of a feather?) -

so maybe they both volunteer for a summer camp n stuff and they think it’s the same one, but it ends up being different, and they just decide to work around it? like is it js a continuation of birds of a feather?) -

“God, I’m still kinda pissed I signed up for the wrong program,” Connor said with a sigh, bringing his suitcase downstairs. “At least they’re close together, which means we’ll hopefully be able to see each other some.” -
“Yeah, we will,” Evan said with a smile, standing at the door. He was going to drive them both there, since they were right next to each other. “We’ll still have our phone, so we’ll be able to find a way.”

“Yeah, that’s true,” Connor said with a small smile, nodding. “It’ll definitely be nice to get out of the house- And away from Chloe,” he added in a hushed voice, chuckling softly.

Evan chuckled. “That’s fair. I’m just excited- I’ve never actually been to summer camp before.”

“I’ve been to a couple, they’re honestly pretty fun- Well, it wasn’t fun when they took away my vape, but I- I’m a changed man now, I swear-“ Connor said with a chuckle, running a hand through his hair.

Evan chuckled, grabbing a bag Connor had brought down. “I belive you, hun, I do. And I’m glad~” -
“I’m honestly pretty glad, too- Thought I was gonna get f---in’ cancer or some s--- from all the vaping and smoking,” Connor said with a chuckle, picking up a bag. “And y’know, I can’t just go and die on you, not when I gotta annoy you til the end of time~”

Evan laughed quietly, shaking his head. “Exactly, that’s the only reason why~”

“Of course~” Connor said with a chuckle, moving over to Evan’s side and kissing his cheek.

Evan giggled quietly, playfully glaring at Connor. “Okay, cmon, we gotta get moving,” he said, picking up the bag and heading for the door. -

“Coming,” Connor said with a chuckle, following Evan out the front door with the bag and a suitcase. “Do you know how long the drive to the meet point is?” He asked, walking over to Evan’s car. -

“Uh, it’s like an hour and a half,” Evan said with a shrug. “Not that bad.” -

“Mm, might just take me a little power nap then,” Connor said, walking around the car to the trunk and opening it. He grabbed the suitcase, lifting it up and setting it in the trunk.
