“I mean, not- not if you don’t want to,” Jared said, chuckling softly. “I mean, I wouldn’t mind a kiss from my boyfriend~ No pressure, though, of course-“

“Uh- maybe, maybe not,” Liam said, chuckling awkwardly. “I’ve never kissed anybody before and- And I dunno, it kind of freaks me out,” he said, glancing at the ground.

“Hey- Don’t sweat it, okay?” Jared said with reassurance, smiling at Liam. “You uh, you don’t mind me kissing your cheek or anything, though, right? Just- Just wanna make sure I don’t overstep any boundaries-“

“Uh, no, no, I don’t mind,” Liam said with a small smile, glancing back up at Jared. “Just- can we like, take it slow…?”

“Of course, yeah~” Jared said with a smile, pressing a kiss on Liam’s cheek. “Just, like, let me know if I do something wrong or like- make you uncomfortable or anything, okay?”

“Okay, yeah,” Liam said with a small smile, glancing behind at the two creeping a few yards behind them. “Are we gonna tell them anything or should we let them creep a little more?”

“I guess we probably should tell them,” Jared said with a chuckle, holding Liam close. “I mean, it’d be funny if we didn’t, let them find out for themselves~”

“Yeah, I say we don’t say anything and act like everything’s normal,” Liam said with a quiet giggle.

“Pfft- I mean, we already kinda act like we’re dating, so it won’t be too hard~” Jared said, laughing softly. He let go of Liam and stood, offering his hand to his boyfriend to help him up.

“True,” Liam said with a giggle, taking his hand and standing up. “Oh my God, this is crazy-“

“I know, right~?” Jared said, laughing softly. He glanced over to check if they were being watched by the others before lifting up Liam’s hand, kissing the back of it. “C’mon, let’s go,” he said with a small smile, leading his boyfriend over to Evan and Michael.

Liam giggled a little bit, skipping for a few steps in excitement as they approached their two friends. “Soo, we all good?” Evan asked, raising his eyebrows

“Yeah, we’re all good,” Jared said with a nod, grabbing intertwining his and Liam’s fingers. “Great, let’s goooo- I wanna keep exploring,” Michael complained, walking forward.

Liam smiled brightly, squeezing Jared’s hand. “That’s good- but, nothing you guys wanna share…?”

“Mm, nope-“ Jared said, chuckling softly. “Damn, keepin’ us in the dark, huh?” Michael said, glaring playfully at Jared. “Wait- Are you gay, though? Like, again, like I said- Nothing wrong with it! Just asking-“ “Yeah, I am gay,” Jared said, nodding. “Well, I like guys and girls, so I guess I’m… bi? Is that what it’s called?”
