I figured that))
"Oh, I heard about the young lord earlier. I'll have to ask the maids to bring him some rabbits blood." Wilhelm said as he walked back towards the kitchen -
Mildred nodded. 'How long till lunch?' she asked. She'd only just realised she'd gone without breakfast and that there was a nagging hunger in her stomach.
-
"lunch will be done in a few minutes. We were put off schedule by lord Jack's accident." Wilhelm said as he searched through the cabinet for a sealed pitcher
-
'Alright,' Mildred said, deciding to hang around till then.
-
The kitchen finished making lunch and Wilhelm brought Jack's meal to his room. Jack had sat between the bed and the coffin and watched a wall after getting his nails stuck in his legs.
-
Mildred sat down at the dining table, rubbing her scar absentmindedly.
-
Lunch was brought out to Mildred by other kitchen staff. They were hefty sandwiches consisting of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, ham, bacon, and turkey. Meanwhile Wilhelm opened Jack's door to see him completely disconnected from the world staring at a wall. Jack, during all that time, was thinking about the treacherous 3. The humans that robbed him of his childhood.
-
Mildred snapped out of her daydreams and thanked the staff, looking at the food set out in front of her in sheer astonishment, like it had grown wings and flown away.
-
Jack hadn't stopped blankly staring into the wall until Wilhelm opened the sealed pitcher. The smell of the rabbit's blood was similar enough to human blood to draw in vampires but it was rare that it would ever get close to a blood rage.
-
Mildred ate her food. She didn't mind that it was in solitude, she had her thoughts to keep her company.
-
Wilhelm left the room after opening the sealed pitcher and jack rushed over to eat. He loved the ham bacon turkey sandwiches that Wilhelm made. He remembered not even Frederick would complain about them
-
Mildred was halfway through her meal by now. She tried to eat as politely as she could but she was just too hungry to not end up with tomato juice all over her fingers.
-
Jack finished his sandwiches in a manner of minutes. He figured Wilhelm didn't have time to make the cheesy and vaguely tomato tasting soup that usually accompanied this soup. Blood rages were very embarrassing for jack. He looked at the tray with guilt. The blood rage was just one more thing to make him a monster.
-
When Mildred finished, she rang the bell for her plates to be collected, then left the dining room and walked to her bedroom.
-
Jack drank the sealed pitcher and checked the moon location from a window behind his vanity. It was just past high moon. It felt like a long night
