Mildred watched her hop away, intrigued. She walked into the library, where she saw Jack and walked over. ‘Hey.’

"oh, hello Mildred." Jack said looking up from the book. It was odd. The book he'd found seemed inherently new and old at the same time.

‘Do your maids frequently graffiti walls?’ Mildred asked. She pulled over a chair and sat in front of him, crossing her ankles.

"wha- graffiti? Again?! They still haven't caught her yet?" Jack said exasperated. "That girl is not a maid here. She breaks in specifically to vandalize the palace and cause a ruckus." Jack explained to Mildred. This was a monthly occurrence at this point.

‘Ah, right. Well, Jezebel apparently eats socks now,’ Mildred said, a little amused.

"so much aggressive graffiti towards jezebel. Jezebel gets so frustrated about it she demands executions. It's actually far more comedic when you see Jezebel's first hand reactions to the graffiti." Jack said

‘What did Jezebel do? I mean, she’s a little aggressive, but other than that,’ Mildred chuckled quietly.

"I'm told that they're from someone jezebel knows but she won't tell me who." Jack said

‘How strange,’ Mildred chuckled. ‘Is all the graffiti targeted towards Jezebel?’

"some of the graffiti depicts my brother as sleeping beauty and some depicts me as Rapunzel. I think it's quite foolish in an amusing way but we never found the vandal." Jack said

Mildred tried not to show her amusement. It would’ve been rude to laugh. ‘You would make a great Rapunzel. I don’t quite get that analogy, though,’ she chuckled.

"I would not. I think I'd much rather be a cooler princess, like snow white. She controls animals and befriends those dwarfs. Plus she can bypass poison." Jack said, completely seriously

Mildred laughed. ‘Ok, fair enough. You two are ghostly pale, as well. And Rapunzel is a very cool princess, how dare you.’

"no way, she's locked in the tower for most of the story then she gets visited by some prince afterwards the witch cuts off her hair and vanishes her to a swamp." Jack says.

‘I mean, her tears were magic or something, and your eyes are like, also magic, soooo-‘ Mildred shrugged.
