Eli laughed, yawning as well. “Night Callum.” They muttered sleepily.

'Goodnight,' Callum said, rolling over.

After a few minutes Eli managed to fall asleep, not waking up until the next day.

Callum fell asleep pretty easily, and snored softly.

(Sure)
Eli woke up the next morning to their alarm.
“Blegh, what day is it?” They asked sleepily. -
Callum stirred. 'Someday,' he said tiredly, his voice slightly muffled by the blanket, not opening his eyes.

“We gotta go to school.” Eli complained. “Wake up sleepyhead.”

'I don't wanna.'

“I don’t want to either, but we have to. We have a half hour til school starts.”

'If I wasn't your friend I'd go back to the Land of The Freaks and skip school,' Callum groaned.

“I wouldn’t blame you.” Eli said. “Now get up.”

'Or else what?' Callum moaned, pulling the blanket over his head.

“Or else I’ll ban you from going back to the Land of the Freaks.” Eli said, trying to sound believable.

'You can't do that.'

“Stay here and you’ll find out that I CAN do that.” Eli said, grinning. “The jester has full control now,”
