Nikolai looked at the drawing, and smiled.
“You guys look so cute in this drawing.” He said, chuckling. -
Natsuki chuckled, wiping her eyes with the back of her hand. She carefully folded the drawing and tucked it in her pocket, before looking around for something else.

“What’re you looking for?” Nikolai asked quietly. “I mean, I could help you look.”

Natsuki shrugged, glancing back up at him. She honestly had no idea, and was just looking for something she felt she needed to take with her.

“Is there anything you think she would want to keep?” Nikolai asked. “Or something that you wouldn’t forgive yourself for leaving behind?”

Natsuki thought about that for a moment. She glanced around the room and an idea came to mind, so she grabbed Nik's hand and lead him into the living room.

Nikolai followed her into the living room, looking around.

Nat walked over to a wardrobe with a glass door. The shelves were lined with trophies and medals she and Xiao had won, as well as framed photos and family heirlooms. She opened the door and picked up two necklaces - one of which the charm was made of Jade and the other of ruby. -
Nikolai followed her, looking Into the wardrobe. “Woah, thus stuffs super cool!” He said, looking at a couple of the trophy’s and heirlooms.

Natsuki smiled and turned the necklaces around in her fingers. The charms were carved so that the green fit into the red, and were made to symbolise harmony between the Chong family (red) and the Wu family (green).

Nikolai looked into the wardrobe again. “Anything else?” He asked, looking at a few trophies that he wondered if Natsuki wanted to keep.

Natsuki shook her head and tucked the necklaces in her pocket, before closing the wardrobe door and looking back to Nik.

“Alright, do you wanna go back to my house?”
Nikolai asked, looking out the window. It was still light outside, but by the time they got to his house it’d be around sundown. -
Natsuki nodded and headed towards the door, then opened it and held it open for Nik.

Nik walked through the door, and they both walked outside, Nik making sure that they didn’t get lost.
