His lips formed a straight line. "There's two minutes remaining. I hope for your sake that he returns soon.” -
"You know what I mean," Rasia said.
(June you'd better come up with something. She's not going to let this go.) -

“Hm, you wish to know why I want a lot of protein, correct?” -
"Yes, considering too much of it doesn't make a well-balanced meal."

“Because protein tastes good.”

Rasia frowned. "Well, in order to meet your previous demands, I won't be making the tofu."

Skipper gasped, clutching his chest as if he were in pain.
“N…No tofu? But I specifically asked for tofu along with the meat!” -
"Too bad," Rasia said, crossing her arms. "You'll just have to live with it.

"But I asked for tofu.” Skipper whined.

"And you need to be appreciative of the work people put in when you ask them to do something," Rasia countered. "You told Felix to hunt, the least you can do is be grateful, even though a lot is on the line for him."

"Oh." Skipper's shoulders slumped down, his face gloomily looking at the floor. Nobody had ever dared to defy him, had they managed to have gotten to this point. And usually, by that time they were frozen in fear whenever he would gleefully tell them the violent stories about the dolls. This girl was… very, very interesting, to say the least. -
"I'll make some stroganoff maybe," Rasia said. "That can use pork. You do have the ingredients for that, correct?"

"But I didn’t want stroganoff.” Skipper complained.

"You act like a toddler," Rasia glared at him. "Now do you have the ingredients?"

Skipper raised an eyebrow as he looked at the crates stocked full of various foods and jars of spices. "I'd be shocked if I didn’t.”
