“Do you two think you can do that?” Varian raised an eyebrow, worry washing over his face. “I’d hate to see you guys get hurt.”
-
If we don't at peast try I have a feeling something worse will happen" Radia said.
-
“That is true,” Varian muttered, picking up a mug and drinking a black liquid, coffee, out of it. “Very well, then. Just don’t die on your expedition. I would hate to see someone so young get hurt.”
-
Radia nodded. "Let's go, she told Felix.
-
“Felix, I swear to my coffee, you better protect your lady.” Varian shot him a sideways look. “And your brother.”
“I will, don’t worry.”
And with that, Felix took the map and rushed out the restaurant with Rasia.

The long trek through the woods was rather harsh on their feet. Long trees would swipe at their arms and feet, their branches itching to scratch a mortal’s skin. It was a rather unpleasant experience. -
"How far until the fork in the road," Rasia asked as she looked over Felix's arm to look at the map.
-
“Right about…” Felix tapped his foot, looking up from the map and then looking at the ground, grinning. “Here.”
-
"Which way?" she asked. The roads on the map looked so confusing, it looked like the fork might turn into one road farther along.
-
“I think.. this way.” Felix turned left and walked.
Soon enough, the road did in fact become one, much to Felix’s confusion. After a few more minutes of what seemed to be endless walking, they stumbled upon an old, weary building that looked as if it were to collapse at any moment. A cross with faded yellow paint stood in the yard, a scripture written on it. The words were broken up, due to the paint having been pretty old.
“In the ____ God __ __ W____.”
The church itself had rotting wooden boards carelessly nailed over holes in the walls.
Felix winced at the sight of it.
“I believe we have reached our destination.” He muttered, not too enthusiastic about what they were about to face. -
Rasia walked up to the door. She wasn't sure what to do. You typically didn't knock on church doors, but this place looked abandoned. So, she raised her hand and firmly knocked on the door.
-
The door swung open, but nobody was there.
“Come in,” A voice crackled. -
Rasia looked at Felix, then back at the open doorway. She cautiously crossed the threshold, entering the church.
-
An old man was sitting down on the ground of rotten woodboards, his back turned tonRasia and Felix.
"Hello, Mrs. Rasia and Sir Felix. I have been expecting your company.” The old man said calmly, his voice cracking with every word.
Felix cleared his throat and narrowed his eyes.
“We have come on an important quest.” He stated. -
"Axel's possessed," Radia said when there was no response. "We were told you could help."
-
The old man stayed silent for a few minutes before letting out a low, dark chuckle.
"How old is this… Axel?”
"Technically he should be twenty something, but he’s stayed in his child form so I can’t really tell you.” Felix mumbled, stumbling over his words quite a bit.
“I see… are you two his parents?”
“Do we look old to you?” Felix shot a glare at the mysterious man.
“Yes, yes you do,”
