Felix noticed Rasia's puzzled face, but dismissed it quickly. He had been having the same thoughts as his fiancé. Something just didn't seem right. Sure, it looked like everything was over and done with, but a dark feeling still hung around Axel's tiny self. It was as if things didn't settle right with Felix. Axel seemed... different.
Taking matters into his own hands, Felix asked Axel a question.
"Hey, little sport, are you.. okay?"
Axel's ear pricked up at Felix's hesitant question. The small dark-haired boy frowned at his older brother.
"Felix, I said everything was all right."
"Something isn't right, Axel." -
Rasia kept silent, looking back and forth between the two brothers.

"Just stop saying everything's wrong! I'm perfectly fine." Axel glared at Felix, furious heat radiating off of his angry eyes.
"...is it Wermington?"
"Shut up..”
"It is,"
"Shut. UP!” -
"Axel," Rasia said, "he was just wondering."

"He doesn't have any right to wonder what I go through with Grandpa." Axel growled.

"Why not?" Rasia asked.

“Because it isn’t any of his business."

"He was just making sure you're okay," she said.

"I said I was FINE!" Axel jumped up off his chair, banging his fist on the table.

Rasia gasped and brought her hands to her forehead, covering her eyes as well, trying to press the memories coming back to her. A few moments and deep breaths later, she had recovered herself and took her head out of her hands.

"Rasia, this kid is literally skin and bones. I doubt he can do anything to you at the moment." Felix whispered to the scared woman. He knew it wasn't the right thing to say, but oh well, Felix just doesn't listen to his inner voice.
Axel whimpered at the sight of Rasia cowering. He mumbled a quick apology and excused himself from the table, shuffling to the men's restroom. -
"I know," Rasia whispered, "But the bang, the yelling...it brought horrible memories back. Just because the horrors might be over in real life doesn't mean they are in my head."

"I know, I'm sorry." Felix muttered. "You should probably go to therapy.”

Rasia sighed but stayed silent. A minute later she said, "I'm going to go find Axel."

Felix nodded and fiddled with his fingers.
"All right. Be careful."
