(He woke up)
(oh- I completely forgot about that- đź’€)
"Calm down, fighting isn't going to solve anything. Every single one of us is a grown man.” Felix snapped, glaring at both Axel and Skipper.
"Yeah, really grown. Almost ancient.” Axel sneered, scrunching his nose at Skipper.
"Shut up, respect your elders!” Skipper's face was turning bright pink as he listened to every word being spouted out of the child's mouth.
"You're only a year younger than me.” Axel muttered, his eyes narrowed in annoyance. -
Rasia looked at Axel. "How do you know him?" she asked.
-
(I finally made the origin for why Wermington and Axel are the way they are. :D)
Axel tilted his head slightly and pointed up at Skipper. "Him? Both Felix and I've known him for quite a while now. He was our childhood friend.”
"Ah, the perks of being in a young lad's body.” Skipper sighed dreamily, clasping his hands together as he longed for the days of his youth. -
"So why all these requirements for keeping Axel normal?" Rasia asked. "If you guys are friends?"
-
Skipper wagged his finger at Rasia as if he were scolding a small child. "Now, now. Not everything in this world can be given to someone for free!” Then he glowered at Axel. “But apparently murder is handed to people on a silver platter.”
Axel lowered his gaze to the ground and frowned deeply, clutching Felix's shirt tighter.
"It wasn't my fault.” He whispered, his voice riddled with guilt. His face was hidden due to his black bangs having fallen onto his face, but anyone with half a brain could tell that it must be pink with shame.
"He didn't mean to, Erin. Calm down.” Felix snapped. “That was Wermington’s fault and you know it.” -
Skipper, or rather Erin, seemed rather toxic, Rasia thought. She looked at Erin. "How come you have the power to make Axel normal? And why didn't you do it sooner?"
-
"Why would I help someone who killed me?” Skipper asked.
-
"Huh?" Rasia asked. Axel had killed him. "So you weren't even going to help us in the first place?"
-
“Yes, I can do that!” Skipper exclaimed, gleefully swinging his legs off of the bar stool he was sitting on. “I may be dead, but I’m not useless. You just have to play my game. If you win, Axel gets set free and can return to what his physical body would be today. If you don’t,” Skipper’s face turned dark as a menacing smirk appeared on his face, his legs finally resting as they hovered above the ground. “You die and get turned into a ragdoll.”
-
"Well I won't particularly care what I turn into after I'm dead," Rasia muttered. She looked up at Skipper. "Alright, fine. We'll play it your way."
-
“Oh, will you?” Skipper clapped his hands together in glee, roaring in laughter. “Wonderful! Now, how is the food coming along?”
-
"It hasn't started since I you've been no help and Felix just got back with the main ingredient," Rasia rolled her eyes. She opened the crates, expecting the food to be spoiled rotten, but surprised to find that they were perfectly fresh, as if they had just been picked.
-
“The body you’re residing in seems like it’s messing with your brain.” Axel said quietly in a snarky voice. Deciding to leave the shelter of Felix, he went over to Rasia and batted his eyes up at her. “Do you need any help with the cooking?”
-
Rasia smiled at him. "I'd appreciate that. I'm not exactly sure what to make yet, though. If you have any ideas I'd be glad to hear them."
