I do tooooo Blue
I cri every time -
Poor baby xC
Liam examined Rose for a short period of time, cocking his head every now and again. He slowly raised his hands, running off a 'Hello, how are you?' in his perfectly executed sign language. He tried to conceal this by performing the action close to his body. He didn't want all of the other kids to see the alienish way of speech. He wondered how fluent the girl was in the language and was frightened at the fact that she may be unaware of what he was attempting to say. He swallowed heavily as he waited for a response.
As if right on cue, a Marina memory slinked it's self onto a seat in his train of thought. The first time they'd ever signed, she was rocky and needed a bit of assistance during the spelling out of certain words. It had been a bonding moment for the two. The fact that she could go from so warm and sweet to so cold and stormy over one thing made his stomach queasy.
His eyes flicked in order to get a few good looks at the other people on the team. The question of what they were going to be playing pestered him for a second. He figured that it wouldn't be anything he didn't recognize, and he prayed that it was something he was somewhat skilled in, such as floor hockey or basketball. That would save him from too much embarrassment. Trying to learn something without the real capability of asking questions made each sport he would play twice as difficult. He looked back to Rose. -
Yus yus
He doesn't even know what he's feeling
Rose simply signed back, "I'm good, yourself?" This led Blue to be feeling quite awkward, as he had no idea what they were talking about. He hoped they weren't talking about him, or how red his face was. Rose was the only person he was able to open up to- on how he and his body felt. He didn't know Liam very well, so it scared him that he could judge him for some of his internal issues.
Blue hated it, hated it. He hated the way he felt day to day. He would do anything to be someone else. He would do anything to fix this wrong feeling in his gut. However, he couldn't help it. And he knew that. Whether he liked it or not, he was stuck in this way. He didn't understand it much, how this worked, but he would do anything to do so.
The teacher announced they were going to playing dodgeball, and gave the rules. This was something he always did, regardless of how familiar or simple the game was. This, Blue was grateful for, as he often forgot the rules of the games and how to play them. He easily recalled the rules to the game, though. Rose's and his team were separated to the back of the gym, with the other one in front of them.
The teacher blew his whistle, signifying the game's start. Just like that, people ran up to the line and hurled large, red, rubber dodge balls at one another. And Blue ran to avoid being caught in the crossfire. -
dude but that's really how it feels
im bi right so like when i was all like damn she's pretty and whatnot i was all like tf are you doing and gah
so its very accurate
Liam was ecstatic that the female understood him and was able to return the speech. Their conversation was cut short by the teacher, who announced that they would be playing dodgeball. He made a face. It was not something he preferred to play, but his smallish stature and nimble reflexes had been the factors that made him better when he was forced to play in Montana. Before the game began, he eyed all of the individuals and was able to form an idea of who would be passive and who would be their aggressive counterparts.
When the whistle blew, he stayed behind with the more proactive people hurried to grab a dodgeball. He learned from a few games at keeping a low profile was one of the better ways to play the game. If the opposite team held a low expectation for the player, their game was thrown off when they realized that that player actually had some skill. This was Liam's case on that day. Whenever someone would dodge a ball, he would pick it up and find a victim. From there, he would secretively throw the ball in the direction of his target. He could hit them about sixty percent of the time, which was fairly decent.
Whenever he was aimed for, he would either sidestep or even better, catch the ball to eliminate the person who had thrown it in the first place. He felt proud of himself. He was performing fairly well in a gym class at his new school on a team with some of his new friends! His thoughts were zooming at seemingly one thousand miles per hour again. -
I don't even remember when I realized I was bi/pan
It was a really long time ago
Like literal 5th-6th grade
Blue wasn't having nearly as amazing of a time as Liam was, that was for sure. He was busy zooming in between people, quite anxious of a ball hitting his face, or any part of him. It didn't take long for him to begin to pant and sweat, as his face was already quite red, and his body quite sweaty. His hands were sticky, and he wished to be back in his favorite black jeans, putting his hands inside of his pants for comfort and reassurance.
However, when he looked over and saw Liam obviously having a good time, it gave him butterflies. He was happy his friend was having a good time- and it made him a little more willing to participate as well. Blue didn't want to touch any of the balls, he knew he would likely fail at throwing them or drop them. Although Liam was having a good time, Blue merely willed this class to be over as soon as possible.
Blue wound up dazing off, even while running to avoid this. His mind was in a different place, indeed. He was busy thinking about the days when he used to enjoy gym, as a kid. He was way more athletic them. He would swim, do ballet, play basketball. He enjoyed the more feminine sports like ballet and volleyball, but also enjoyed hockey greatly. He was free to be himself, rebelling against the status quo, until he began to be teased for it. This is one of the many reasons he was grateful for the move during high school. His history never left him.
Sidetracked from these thoughts, he wound up running full force into Liam. "Damn, man, I am so sorry!" He exclaimed. He didn't realize he had said this so loudly until he realized everyone looking at him in shock, and the teacher glaring at him. The kids wound up going back to their game quite quickly, as if forgetting it immediately, but the teacher's eyes stayed upon him. -
dude i wish it happened that early
how did you know
Liam had been in the middle of throwing a dodgeball when he was bumped into. It barely crossed the middle line and of course, failed in hitting anyone. The boy stared at Blue for a moment before a wide smile crossed his face. His left hand reached up to Blue's face, his fingertips brushing against the boy's face to assure him that what he had done was okay. He returned his hand to his side. He seemed nothing far off from truly happy.
Suddenly, a ball flew in their direction and smacked directly onto his shoulder. He made a surprised face but silently giggled directly afterwards. He gave a final glance to the boy before walking off to join all of the other people who had been hit. The great thing about Liam was that he was incredibly forgiving and was not the type to become enraged when he lost in a game as unimportant as high school dodgeball.
From where he stood, he watched the others play their game. Inside himself, he was rooting for Blue and hoped that he lasted for the entire game. He thought that would be a triumphant act on the boy's part. If he didn't, that was alright. Liam was someone who absolutely bled encouragement no matter what the activity was. This was no exception. -
A lot of internetting
I was exposed really early so ig I was just used to it and then eventually I was like oh damn s--- guys what do I do
I first came out last year tho
Probably a bit earlier than when Jae and I started dating
Blue felt truly bad for his friend getting out because of him. However, his smile was so contagious, he couldn't help but giggle a bit himself. Normally, he would have shot Liam a solemn glance full of sorrow, but it wasn't the case this time. He walked over to Rose, who was still in. She smiled gently to him, seeing that he, himself was smiling.
She gave him a squishy red ball, as she had two in her hands. Neither had any intention of throwing them, but they would be helpful for defense. Or to give to another, buffer player. A guy behind Rose called to her, asking if he could have her ball. She nodded, biting her lip as she tossed it to him.
Blue turned his head, watching her green eyes closely. It was clear she was nervous; her pupils dilated, her lip bite, and the fact she kept shifting her hands around. Blue did a lot of reading on body language, on the Internet. "You like him, hey?" Just like that, with one simple question, his best friend's face turned bright red. She tried to retaliate, sputtering out a few words. "W-well, at least I don't, I don't.." He knew what she was going to say.
It didn't bother him as much as it should have. He knew she wasn't going to tell anyone his secret, or at least he believed that. He had every bit of faith in her. They had known each other since they were children.
After that awkward incident, the two went to seperate sides, as they were two in. They dodged the balls, afraid. Rose was quick, and so was he. Rose even told him to go out for the track team with her; he declined. So neither joined the track team. After Blue and she caught a few balls, they wound up winning the game. Hardly, but still winning. They celebrated, giving each other double high fives as the class came to an end. -
internetting jajajajaja
who is jae
Liam automatically, as if on cue, began clapping out of pure happiness for the two winning the game. When received a few confused stares from some of the others, he ceased the action. He linked his hands together behind his back, not sure of where he was supposed to go and if the period was over. He decided that he would wait for Rose and Blue to see what they did before he did anything himself. His stomach was rumbling once again but he did his best to ignore the feeling.
Gym class didn't appear as though it would be dreadful, either, which made his body tingle with joy. He pondered what they would do the rest of the year and if Mr. Gordan would ever be the teacher to run the game. His heart was pounding just a bit more intensely than usual. He pulled in a series of deep breaths to calm himself. He could see a moment in which he was at the doctor's office in the fourth grade. They swore he had some type of disorder and were bent on giving him medication. Thankfully, his parents declined every offer given to them. They did not want to see their son turn into some zombie controlled by copious amount of medication that so many kids seemed to have.
They were another reason that he was a vegetarian. They led him down the path of excluding things that may have been treated badly. Though his parents only filtered out meats from their diet, he had recently found himself getting rid of more and more animal products. He was borderline vegan. He scolded himself for his racing thoughts again, looking back in Rose's and Blue's direction. -
The user who quit a bit ago
TheLoveOfBands you might know em as
"Well, now we change again. Greaaat." This prospect made him want to die. If Liam noticed any more of his flustered-ness, he might ask more questions. This was the only reason Rose knew of his issues, since he was always so red faced. At first, he wound up making excuses, but Rose was fairly good with body language as well. This led her to eventually concluding he was lying, and he told her online of his feelings.
This had been excruciatingly painful.
Sighing, he walked into the locker room, holding Liam by his arm once again. He had a habit of holding his friends close- and he hoped it didn't bother him. "Does it bother you I hold your arm like this?" The boy asked, quietly. Blue didn't want to seem too attached already, as he was quite naturally clingy. He easily trusted people and it often bit him in the ass.
He had a good feeling about Liam, though. He was unsure of how he felt this way, as it was quite rare he had such a good feeling about someone. Usually, he trusted people quite quickly, but had no particular negative or positive gut feeling about theme. The only time he had a positive feeling was with Rose, Charlie and the rest of his friends
For these reasons, he felt the friendship was bound to succeed. As they walked into the locker room, these thoughts bubbled inside of his skull. He smiled gently, walking over to his locker and taking off his shirt. Everyone else had yet to come in, and Blue wanted to get dressed and get out as soon as possible. -
ohhhhhhhh
are you still together
In response to Blue's question, Liam shook his head. In fact, he would have told him, it made him feel better about everything. He gave him a wave of his hand before scurrying off to his own locker. He had already memorized his locker combination and he smoothly opened it, revealing his clothing in front of him. His mind was on the state of the weather. He wished that the rain had stopped, that it hadn't turned into something worse. If it had, he knew he would be a wreck. He sighed.
He took off his shirt once again, touching the scar like he always had. The long sleeve shirt he had been wearing earlier was placed back over his head, covering his top half. He could hear throngs of the boys reentering the locker room and some even flooded into his section. He put his eyes to the ground, hurriedly changing his pants back into his dark pants. After adjusting his socks, he slid into his Vans. After placing his clothes in his locker, he shut it with a small bang. He had to slink through a group of the boys to grab his backpack and inadvertently bumped an older, much larger student.
The buff individual grunted. "What, can't even say excuse?" Liam only looked took him with his big eyes before walking off to join Blue. It didn't take him long to find the other boys place. He stood next to him in hopes of surprising him. -
Nope nope nopity nope
We broke it off in July/August
Blue smiled gently at the boy, kind of embarrassed that he was there. He had just gotten his gray sweatshirt on, with a red flannel he found in his backpack underneath it. He held the sweatshirt down, pulling it so the boy could only see his knees and under as he changed. He jumped into the black skinny jeans, and slid into his black dress shoes.
"Well, you're ready, right? We have lunch now." He glanced at the clock that was resident in the locker room. It read 11:30 am. The time lunch began. "Well, we should hurry- I'm hungry." Blue told him. He was quite sure Liam was as well, as he would have been on his first day at a new school.
Being at a new school for the first one took up energy- a lot of it. It sucked up all emotion out of you, it was a roller coaster. Most first days either went terribly horrid or amazing. He hoped Liam's day was the latter. In fact, he would to anything to ensure that it was. He wanted to make sure Liam felt comfortable at his new school. He would likely blend in quite easily, just as he, Rose, and the rest of his friends did. "You'll like a lot of my friends." He assured.
There was no doubt in Blue's mind they would think Liam was the coolest guy ever- and Blue already believed he was as well. For they to have such a connection, within a short period of time, Blue believed Liam had to be an amazing dude, an amazing friend.
This excited Blue. He was quite close to Rose, but she was a girl, and couldn't necessarily understand everything Blue wished to talk to her about. -
ahhhhh sorry :s
Liam rubbed his stomach with an overly dramatic sad nod of the head. He'd even poked out his bottom lip as though he was going to cry. He strung his arm against his forehead as though he was feverish. He wasn't able to remain that way for long, breaking once again into silent giggles. He was actually very, very hungry and was so ready to scarf down a salad. The amount of time that the students at the new school had probably differed from greatly from the one in Montana. There, they had been so generous as to grant them with about forty five minutes to eat. It gave them time to talk, do work, and to digest correctly.
Liam also could not wait to meet more of Blue's friends! Rose seemed incredibly kind and laidback from the small interaction. He could only imagine what the others would be like. He wondered if they liked old fashioned cartoons like he did. Maybe one of them shared in his lifestyle of being a vegetarian. Maybe he had more in common with other people than he thought.
He enjoyed Blue's company the most out of anything throughout the day that far, however. Something about the boy gave him the same sense of security as Marina. Marina, there she was again. He couldn't help but feel somewhat nauseous over the way in which she'd spoken to him through the text. Hardly ever even saying hell was what Liam remembered her as, but for her to say something as strong as 'f---' proved he'd done something terrible, in her opinion. He covered everything up with a bright appearance, however, completely prepared to leave the side building and wishing for the weather to be clear. -
It was my fault so don't say sorry to me XD
Blue chuckled a little at Liam's ostentatious actions. The big, despite not being able to talk, was quite theatrical, indeed. "So, how has your day been?" He asked, grabbing onto the boy's arm once again as they walked. He couldn't help it, he liked to be close to people. It made him feel safer. When he was alone, he got a little squirrelly. Especially while in the dark. That fear of the dark had never truly worn off, and it was another thing about himself he opposed and would hide from other's.
Maybe that's why he slept so much. He was too afraid of the dark; he slept through it. No, that was a ridiculous thought. There was nothing he could do about his illness. It was in his genetics, and moderate depression made it even worse. He seemed to get more depressed when it came to his depression. He felt selfish for being so sad all of the time, when other people had it much worse than him. For example, Liam. The boy frowned for a short moment. He made sure to walk at least two steps in front of the new boy, for two purposes. The first was to guide him. The second was to ensure he didn't get a hold of any of his own dark thoughts. Blue didn't want to bring down the mood, nor did he want Liam to get too concerned.
He shuffled the bag of pills out of his pocket. The fifteen pills varied widely in color, size, and even shape. There were red pills, white pills, blue pills. The blue ones were for hypersomnia, the red was for ADD and the white were for depression. He quietly wondered if Liam was on any medication for being mute. Although Blue hadn't an idea what kind of medication they would put him on. It seemed a little counterintuitive to him.
"Hey, I have to get my waterbottle out of my locker. Is it okay if we're a little late for lunch? I'm sorry, I forgot I had it in there." He shoved the pills back into his pocket, making an awkward expression and scratching his neck. He hated to do this, especially when both of them were so hungry.
They as he said this, they exited the building. It was pouring out. The boy squealed in shock, covering his mouth with his free hand immediately afterwards. The dark, stormy clouds were made into angry faces in Blue's mind- and he quietly wondered what set them off so much. Perhaps himself? He didn't think he had done anything. He chuckled at the thought as a quiet rumble echoed in the distance. -
aight cuzzo im making the best quiz at the moment
need to boost my rank
Liam had started to nod, but once they were outside, his demeanor did a complete shift. Whereas the boy had been capable of concealing his emotions and refraining from becoming upset in terms of Marina, his phobia was like death. He would never be able to avoid it. His eyes wandered to the sky, taking into account how dark everything was. The rain was coming down hard, too hard for him. He strongly desired turning around and running back into the building they had just exited, but it was almost like he was frozen.
He only took a step back when he heard the rumbling of the thunder. A lump of saliva formed in the back of his throat. He was chagrined at the fact that he was allowing himself to succumb to his fear and that he was doing it in front of Blue.
His teeth ground together in fear, and he held his jacket close to himself. He hadn't been outside during a thunderstorm for an incredibly long time, and now that he had been thrust into one, distress was the main emotion playing out. -
Alright alright
Blue looked over to the petrified boy, and sighed quietly. 'He has a fear too..' He thought to himself. He was almost relieved. He couldn't help it, his natural affectionate nature took over him. He hugged the other boy close, wrapping his arms tightly around him. He felt silly- but no one was around anyways. "Hey," he whispered, swallowing his pride, "I'm afraid of the dark~"
This was something he had told no one. Ever. Not his mom, not his sister, not even Rose. And here he was. Reassuring a boy he had just met by telling him a fear not even his best friend knew about. How idiotic, he thought to himself. It wasn't a smart move by any means, no. No. Not at all. Some part of him, though, found himself completely trusting the other boy. He felt he could vent, share with him the deepest fragments of his soul.
It wasn't a smart move. No.
He walked Liam like this all the way to the other building, which was quite a stretch. Throughout the way, lightning struck and caused loud bolts of thunder that even made him jump. He was a fan of rain, but these rumbles were loud. Almost as loud as his stomach, he believed. Of course, this was a simple joke, and he had even said it to Liam. "This thunder is damn loud but it's nothing compared to my stomach." He said, forcing a short laugh to lighten the mood.
