He kissed her forehead gently and smiled lightly at her. "Please come back Saphirre, please. I already yelled at her about it, it's not her house to say anything to you." He hugged her gently. "I promised that I'd protect you and I'm not going back on that."

She nodded, but still looked anxious. "Okay..." She was worried what Erin would do once she saw Saphirre back in the apartment.

He smiled lightly and tilted her head up a bit, kissing her gently, trying to get her to calm down a bit.

Saphirre let out a little sigh and kissed him back, slowly relaxing. She pulled back and sighed again. "Thanks..."

He smiled lightly. "I was guessing that's what you needed to calm down a bit with." He took her hand and walked her back to the apartment, Erin not even in the front room. He blinked hearing sobs from her room and sighed lightly.

Saphirre immediately looked concerned. "Is she okay?" Evan after what she'd said Saphirre was still worried about her. "Is it my fault?" She asked in a smaller voice.

He shook his head at her. "No it's not your fault...it's mine I was worried that something might of happened to you..."

Saphirre frowned. "I would've been okay.." She protested naively.

He looked at her. "How would you have handled those three guys if they drugged you Saphirre? You would have been disoriented and they would take advantage of you like those scientists did." He kept his voice low so Erin didn't hear him.

"H-How do you know what they would've done?" She asked. "And I know he was carrying a gun but so were you!"

"Because those idiots done it before to one of my friends and she's dead now okay?!" He glared at her and pointed at his bed room. "Go in my room now."

Saphirre turned and ran off to his room, closing the door. She curled up on his bed and started to cry softly. Erin hated her, she'd nearly been drugged, and now Daniel was angry at her.

He first had to fix things with Erin the Saphirre. He walked into the room Erin was in and felt Erin wrap her arms around him and cried into his chest. "I-I'm sorry..." he sighed lightly and his features softened. He hugged her gently and patted her back. "Erin, I told you be nice to her. I'm giving you one more chance." She nodded and smiled at her brother, wiping her tears away. He hugged her again and told her goodnight. He walked to his room, knocking on the door lightly before he went in. "Saphirre..." he saw her crying and guilt filled him quickly.

Saphirre remained curled up. "Hm?" She replied softly, trying to blink back tears. She'd taken off his jacket and her wings were folded protectively around her.

He closed the door behind him and walked over to her, sitting next to her. "Saphirre, I'm sorry I yelled at you...it's just I got angry and I...I lashed out at you because of my anger towards those jerks." He looked at her and a sighed lightly. "I'm sorry Saphirre.."
