"It's now," he smiled and took her hand and they went to class. He took out his notebook.

Maddy smiled and sat next to Akira in art class. She took out her notebook, tuning out the teacher's direction. Today she felt like sketching whatever came to mind. She studied Akira for a moment and then started sketching the shape of his face with quick and gentle strokes of her pencil.

Akira was pretty bored with the teacher's instruction and looked over at Maddy. He smiled. "Whatcha drawing?"

Maddy smiled and held her sketch pad out of view. "You'll see... it's a surprise..." Somehow his gaze convinced her to show it. "Oh, fine... you win..." she handed him her notebook. "I'm drawing you." Her face turned bright red.

Helooked down at it, and his smile grew. "You're very good, but I don't do your talent justice." He took out his pencil and looked up at her, and started to make a sketch of his own.

"I think you've switched that statement around..." Maddy smiled. "My talent, or lack of, doesn't do YOU justice." Maddy continued to add final details to her drawing of Akira.

"You're too modest. And too beautiful for my drawing skills." He added to his drawing, adding detail to the eyes whom he thought were amazing. -
Maddy leaned over and peeked at Akira's drawing. She smiled and pecked his cheek. "I never knew my eyes sparkled that much..." she smiled.

He blushed and smiled. "They're one of the many lovely features of you."

Maddy felt her cheeks heat up. She squeezed his hand and smiled. "You flatter me too much..."

He smiled and squeezed her hand back. "I know but I can't help it. And plus none of it is lies." He smiled and finished his work.

(i just made this weird squeaky noise when i accidentally closed the window xD)
Maddy smiled and held up her pad. "Do you think I did your hair right? Or could it use more silver...?" -

"I like it, and the hair's fine." He took her notebook and at the bottom of the page wrote "I love you ~Akira"
