  Metus heard the howling from all across the valley. Their allies were approaching fast. All the moonstone pack had to do was fend off the current attackers and their allies would stop the reinforcements. Metus dodged and glided through sharp claws and yellowed teeth as he fought his way through his enemies when a thought occurred to him that twisted in his stomach. Where did Cheyenne get the information that they would be attacked. Metus got a terrible idea.
