Connor chuckled, nodding in agreement. “Not gonna lie, a Weezer record would be cool too,” he said, pausing and scanning some of the stacks of records.

Evan kept walking, gently pulled back when Connor stopped. “s---- warn a guy next time-“

“Sorry, sorry-“ Connor said, chuckling softly. “I wanted to look at these records,” he added, looking through the stacks. He hummed softly, picking up one.

“Oh, alright,” Evan said, subconsciously leaning against Connor as he listened to a new song that started.

Connor flushed bright red, a small smile on his face as he placed the record back and picked up another one. He hummed along to the music, flipping the record over and reading the back.

“What’s the record you’re looking at?” Evan asked.

“A Billy Joel record,” Connor replied, looking over at Evan.

“Oh! Is it the album with Vienna on it?” Evan asked excitedly.

“I think so, yeah,” Connor replied, smiling at Evan’s excitement. He flipped it over, reading the back.

“God, I love that song-“ Evan said with a bright smile, subconsciously gripping Connor’s arm.

Connor flushed red, smiling a little. “Do you wanna buy it?” Connor asked, looking over at Evan.

“Well- I mean, I don’t have a record player to play it on,” Evan shrugged. “So I’d rather not waste my money, I guess.”

“True, yeah-“ Connor spoke, nodding. He almost went to put it back but stopped, holding onto the record. He looked around for a moment before he slowly started to move, going to look at more records.

Evan yawned quietly, following Connor around.

Connor hummed softly to the music playing around them, letting Evan know before he stopped again, looking through another rack of albums. “Hell yeah, here’s the Jimmy Eat World record,” he said, picking up the record.
