Ernie looked at Mahina sadly. "Please be alright when you wake up." He whispered. -

Mahina shifted in her sleep. -

Ernest looked down at his shoes, swinging them off the edge of the bed. -
Mahina groaned, and her eyes fluttered open. She gasped. ‘Did she-‘ she stuttered, looking go at Ernest.

"What?" Ernie asked, raising an eyebrow.

Mahina sat up. ‘She put a sleeping spell on me, didn’t she!’

Ernie nodded. "Yup." He admit. "Sorry."

Mahina huffed. ‘Of course she did.’ She looked Ernest up and down, crossing her arms. ‘What do you want?’

For you to remember who I am... "Nothing." Ernest shrugged.

Mahina frowned. ‘Then why are you here?’

"To make sure you don't run off." Ernie shrugged again. "Which you won't try and do because you're much smarter than that..."

Mahina’s eyes glazed over, like she was actually considering obeying. But she shook her head. ‘No. No, I need to get out of her.’

"Why?" Ernest asked quietly, standing up. "Me and Selene aren't bad, promise. We're just... Worried."

‘Wh-Why? Why do you care so much?’

Ernie didn't answer for a moment. "Because your mom put a weird spell on you that made you completely freeze it place and turn super cold, and then you started whimpering and crying, and all of a sudden you wake up not knowing who either of us are, wanting to get out of here, and refusing to believe anything we say. Can you imagine why we'd be worried now?" He asked quietly, eyes welling up with tears against his will. He wiped them quickly.
