Ernest's eyes widened. "Oh my god." He mumbled before responding. "We're at your house, Mahina. Yours and Selene's." He motioned to Selene.

‘My house?’ Mahina mumbled. She looked at Selene. ‘Selene? Where’s mum and dad?’

Selene winced.
"They're the ones that wiped you memory." Ernie muttered. -
Mahina bit her lip. ‘No, that can’t be right. They’d never.’

"What... Do you remember anything about your parents?" Ernest asked quietly.

Mahina thought a moment. She looked at her hands and frowned. ‘How old am I?’

Ernie's eyebrows knit together. He looked at Selene.

‘Sixteen,’ Selene said softly.
Mahina’s frown deepened. ‘That can’t be right. The last thing I remember… I was four.’ -
"What do you remember?" Ernest asked curiously. Maybe it'd help them all bring back her memories or something if she told them.

‘I.. I was at some house… Dad was carrying me…’ Mahina mumbled. ‘They said I had to stay there a while.’

"Did anything else happen?" Ernie asked softly, offering Mahina his hand.

‘Th-They opened the door and…’ Mahina frowned. ‘I don’t remember anything else.’

Ernest nodded. "That's ok." He made a note to himself to kill Callisto once he had the chance. Making her most recent memory once from when she was 4... That was a new level of messed-up.

Mahina whimpered. ‘Wh-Where are they?’

Ernie frowned. "Hey, it's alright, don't get upset." He said softly. "They're... Not around right now." Hopefully they don't come back.
