‘Where did… where did we meet?’

"Here." Ernie smiled. "I may or may not have passed out on your doorstep while Selene was gone for the week."

Mahina raised an eyebrow. ‘Um.. why?’

"Well, I was running, and I must've gotten really tired and light headed or something." Ernest chuckled.

Mahina chuckled. ‘Interesting way to meet.’

"Very." Ernest agreed, laughing.

‘Where’s blondie?’

"Looking to find ways to bring your memories back, I think."

‘Hm.’

Ernest nodded, thinking. "Do you, somehow, remember what happened when you were passed out- or, Selene said you were in a trance- by any chance?" He asked since he was still worried and curious as to why she was uncontrollably sobbing and clinging onto him while she was in that trance.

Mahina’s face fell. She looked down at the ground and nodded.

Ernie's eyes widened. "It's alright, you don't have to tell me if you don't want." He said gently.
