(Okey dokey)
Eleanor jumped as she heard a loud scraping noise and then a loud clatter as something hit the floor. She opened her window and glanced down to see a broken tile on the concrete. She bit her lip-what would her father do if he saw the broken tile on the floor-she had to get rid of it. -
Hunter noticed the girl's - the girl he now knew as Eleanor - head stick out of the window. He transformed into a bat and hung upside down from the roof, looking over at Eleanor.
-
Eleanor didn't even flinch-she was used to bats but had never seen one up close before.
-
Hunter made a clicking sound and curled his wings around him.
-
Eleanor watched the sky for some while before eventually pulling back and leaning against her bedframe.
-
Hunter turned back into a human when he was back sitting on Eleanor's roof.
-
Eleanor layed down but didn't go to sleep, she felt restless and couldn't stay still, forever turning and tossing, creasing the blankets.
-
(Hey! Sorry, I couldn't post, was away for the week lol)
Chanelle held onto her blanket tightly for warmth, as she felt cold that night which was surprising since it was such a hot day. The moonlight shone through the window, giving a little light. Chanelle watched the stars twinkle. She thought it was such a beautiful night, but tried to pay no attention to its beauty because she was too tired and cold to think about it. -
After a few minutes, Hunter grew tired of watching the moon and shuffled down to the edge of the roof. He leaned down and looked through Eleanor's window, which he didn't realise was creepy until he noticed she was still awake and quickly sat back up.
-
Eleanor blinked a few times, surely she hadn't just seen the man from earlier looking through her window. She shook her head, she must of been imagining it-right?
-
Hunter didn't hear a scream or ashout, so maybe she was asleep. He slowly leaned back down, looking into her window, realising that, yes, it was creepy, but he wanted to see what a normal house was like.
-
Eleanor was still awake, leant against the bent frame, the window in the corner of her eye. Suddenly a blurry face came into view. She yelped and reached out to close the window.
-
Hunter winced. 'Hello,' he said calmly through the closed window, unsure if the girl could hear him. 'I apologize for scaring you, Miss Eleanor. Would you mind opening the window?'
-
Eleanor could barely make out the words he was saying but reluctantly unlatched her window. "What are you doing?" She hissed. "How did you even get up here?"
-
'I climbed,' Hunter stated simply. It scared him how easily the lie slipped off his tongue. 'Would you prefer it if I came down?'
