Eleanor pursed her lips, she hadn't thought about the social side of it. "That must be quite sad"

‘A little. The beating would be worse, though.’

Eleanor bit her lip. "I suppose so"

Hunter nodded. He looked around the room again.

Eleanor rubbed the back of her neck awkwardly unsure of what to say.

‘So, um…’ Hunter said, ‘I should probably get going…’

Eleanor nodded in agreement, and opened the window for him. "Bye, I guess"

‘Goodbye,’ Hunter said. He climbed back through the window.

Eleanor gave a small wave and started to lock her window, before she realised there was one more question she wanted to ask. "How did you get up here?"

Hunter looked at her. ‘I climbed,’ he said with a shrug.

Eleanor nodded refraining herself from saying anything. Her house was pretty high up with nothing to hold onto over then her windowsill but how else would Hunter of gotten up here? "Bye" she muttered once more as he disappeared through the window.

Hunter waved then jumped down onto the ground.

Eleanor relocked her window once Hunter was safely back on the ground and crawled into bed thinking over what had just happened.

Hunter walked back to his attic a few streets away.

Eventually, Eleanor fell into a restless sleep.
