"What'd you lie about?" Jayd asked. -
(WE'RE HITTING THE MILESTONES TODAY)
'It being fine,' Chester mumbled. The headache subsided. -

Jayden frowned. "I'm sorry. Mind me asking why it's not fine?" -
'I do mind.'

"Alright." Jayd dropped it. "Do those count as questions?"

'I guess.'

"Ok. It's your turn then." Jayden kissed his nose.

Chester smiled. 'Why can't you tell me?'

Jayden shrugged, looking down.

Chester cupped his chin in his hand, gently tilting his head up. 'Jayden?'

Jayd looked up. "I don't want to worry you." He said. It was a dumb excuse, seeing as Chester was already worried. "And I'm not in the right headspace for it right now, ok?"

Chester sighed. 'You're going to worry me anyway.'

Jayd gave a small nod. "I know. I'm sorry."

Chester kissed his forehead. 'I love you, OK? I'll ask Neo for that newspaper later.'
