Chester watched him leave. He sighed and sat down at an empty table, mulling over his thoughts.

Maeve and Oliver both noticed that neither of them were sitting at the usual table.
Jayden didn't talk to his family, burying his face in his hands.
(gtg, hopefully just for an hour or so, but if I'm not back in an hour I'm gone for the night) -
(Oki)
Astrid narrowed his eyes at Jayden. ‘Aren’t you going to go sit with your bunny?’ he asked passive aggressively. -
(I'm baaack lol)
Jayden shook his head. "He needs space." He said quietly. He didn't address the obvious passive aggressiveness in Astrid's tone, even though it was impossible not to hear it. -
(Yayyyyy)
Astrid frowned. ‘From what?’ -
(ikrrrrrr)
"Me." Jayden mumbled, looking down at his shoes. -
Astrid raised an eyebrow. ‘Your clingy little baby bunny needs a break from you?’

"Yeah. We got in a fight, ok?" Jayden knew he was lying, but he also wasn't going to explain it all to his brother.

‘A fight about what?’

"Nothing." Jayd mumbled. "It's none of your business."

Astrid rolled his eyes, but didn’t respond. Chester fiddled with his napkin.

Their food came, and Jayden took his plate.

Chester took his plate too. He stared at his food for a while, not eating.

Oliver was checking to make sure Chester was eating, since he'd noticed how little he ate recently.
Jayd ate his food after a moment, though he didn't have much of an appetite. -
Chester didn’t eat. Astrid ate in silence.
