"It's just super cold stuff." Theo said, though chuckled at Hazel's curiosity over something as simple as snow. "It's like ice but powdery."
-
(hey, after all those Christmas movies people here always wanna see snow)
Hazel's brow creased in a frown. 'Powdery ice?: -
(I remember there was a kid that moved from the equator, and we all tried explaining snow to him and he just could NOT understand it until winter XD)
"You just kinda have to see it to understand." Theo said, trying to think of another way to explain it. "It feels like cold cotton if that makes any sense." -
(lmao, that would've been so funny)
'No, that makes absolutely no sense,' Hazel-Lee stated. They got to the opening of the beach, and walked down the old wooden stairs. 'The view up here is so nice.' -
Theo rolled his eyes and noticed the view.
"It's so pretty." They said in an awestruck voice. "I wish I brought my camera." -
'Are you a photographer?' Hazel asked, descending the steps.
-
He shrugged. "Meh, it's more just for fun than anything." He followed Hazel down the steps.
-
'Huh,' she said thoughtfully. When they got to the bottom she kicked off her shoes and let the sand seep between her toes.
-
Theo almost immediately ran to the water and dunked his feet in, motioning for Hazel to follow.
-
Hazel hurried after him, chucking her shoes on the sand.
-
He splashed Hazel a bit, with a evil grin on their face.
-
'Hey!' Hazel laughed, kicking water at him.
-
Theo splashed even more water to Hazel. "That's what you get for trying to crush me with the surfboard!"
-
'Sorry!' she laughed, though didn't really mean it. She nudged him into the water, surfboard and swimclothes still in hand.
-
"Now I get to throw YOU into the water!" Theo exclaimed. "As karma for getting me all wet!"
