Hazel rolled her eyes. 'Fine then. What else?'

"Put some shrimp on the barbie." Theo said in a very bad Australian accent, chuckling.

'Shrimp?' Hazel asked, raising an eyebrow. 'Oh- You mean prawns.'

"Sure. Prawns. Whatever." Theo said, though he was laughing now.

Hazel chuckled. 'There's no barbeque in this house, I'm afraid.'

"That's a shame, I'd love some stereotypical Australian food that ISN'T vegemite."

'Too bad.'

Theo stood up. "So are your parents home, or is it just a bunch of chaotic children?"

Hazel's face fell slightly. 'Yeah, my father's probably in the study. Did you want to meet him?' she asked, standing also.

"I mean, as long as you don't mind it." He said. "I mean, I could stay here and keep talking, if you don't mind."

'Let's go see him, then,' she said, walking to the door.

"Alright." Theo said, following her.

Hazel walked through the hallway, dodging Tyron and her another of her cousins, who were running with Star Wars dolls.

Theo smiled as he saw the Star Wars dolls, still following Hazel.

Hazel-Lee walked down the stairs, then off into a room on the side. 'Dad?' she asked the room. She turned the light on and there he was, working on his computer. 'The exchange kid's here.'
