Theo raised an eyebrow. "Have you listened to yourself recently? Because I did a SPOT ON impersonation."

Hazel glared and paddled faster so that she overtook him and left the conversation. She turned her board around and stood up, catching a wave, trying not to think about what'd just happened.

Theo grimaced right after he said the words. Well done. Now she's offended. You just had to say whatever you were thinking about.
He tried to catch a wave, but it didn't end up being a good one, and he just crashed. -
Hazel-Lee glanced at him fall, but didn't say anything for fear of appearing rude again
