Thalia nodded at him curtly then let him go.
"What took so long?" Cassie asked him as he came out. -
“Let’s just say your mom is scary." Porak said, shivering.

Cassie grinned. "She can be like that sometime

“She looked like she wanted to murder me." Porak said.

"That's understandable," Cassie nodded her head to the side.

"Yes, yes, very understandable..." Michael mumbled in agreement with Cassie. "Wait what are we talking about?"

"Did I do something wrong?" Porak asked, slightly confused.

"Well, she only knows the badder side of you," Cassie said

Porak gasped a manly gasp.
"I need to get her chocolates!" He exclaimed. -
Cassie couldn't help but laugh at that. "She's not one to be flattered," she said.

"Then how did your dad win her over? It couldn't have been sweet words." Porak gulped.

"It was really hard. But her whole thing is that you have to trust them," Cassie said.

"That's gonna be hard for me to do," Porak said, grimacing. "Can you please say some good thing about me?"

Cassie fidgeted a little. "Honestly, I don't trust you completely either," she mumbled.
