Adrian had to admit it was the first time he had ever been in a girl's room. He sat in the chair next to her desk and looked around. Was this how all girl's rooms were? -
(LMAO! Lets do it!)
"Why do you look confused Adrian? Oh god. Don't tell me you haven't been in a girls room before." Jewel groaned as she closed her door. -
"I haven't," Adrian admitted. "It's very different than what I'm used to." He picket up a shirt and threw it on the bed. "Messy too."

"Rude much?" Jewel rolled her eyes.
"Anyways, what was it you wanted to tell me?" -
"I'm your Guardian. I'm like a guardian angel. Also I can read your mind," Adrian answered. He knew she wouldn't go without an answer. "Lucifer, the devil, is going to try and kill you every chance he gets. Because you have something he wants and you can never give it to him."

Jewel laughed. "You can't possibly be serious! Okay, okay, if you can read my mind, I'll believe you."
Jewel thought about the night her dad got.murdered. -
(That's okay)
"I told you I'd sound like a madman," Adrian muttered as he looked at the floor. He then read her mind. He looked up at her wide-eyed. "Are you sure you want me to say it?" he asked. "You don't want me to see anything else like turquoise kangaroos or something like that you want me to see this?" -
Jewel giggled. "No, just show me whatever you saw if you saw anything!"

Adrian shook her head, wondering why in the world she was giggling after remembering this. "It's night time," he said. "And your father...your dad is dead."

Jewels eyes widened. "Your c..correct." She said as she tried her best not to cry.
She remembered the night he died. They were walking home when all of a sudden a man jumped in front of them and stabbed her dad with a knife.
At the mere thought of that night, Jewel felt like she would burst into tears.
She looked at the floor and tried her best not to cry, but a tear ran down her cheek, followed by another and another. -
Adrian sat next to her. "It'll be okay," Adrian said. "I know what it feels like to have a loved one killed. You're lucky you even had parents and still have one. I never knew mine."

Jewel looked up at him. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" She said.
All of a sudden, someone started banging on the door.
"Jewel help! Moms gone crazy again and she's trying to-"
"Get back here young man! I told you not to make any noise, and what did you do?! You started coughing!" Jewels mom yelled.
Jewel rushed out of the room just as her mom threw a glass shard at Max.
Jewel quickly ran in front of Max as the glass shard went through her face. -

Adrian rushed over to Jewel. He put his hand on her shoulder and the other one brushed where the piece of glass was. He looked at Jewel's mother. He wasn't quite sure how she was going to react to someone she didn't know in the house.
