Myriad shrugged "my father made a deal with a demon. He wanted a weapon. He got one."

"But you're more than that," Kate said, unsheathing her knife. "See this? This is a weapon. You aren't."

Myriad just shrugged in response, his wings vanishing as he did

Kate glanced over at Kiri, who had fainted. "Anyway, what do you want to do next, Partner?"

Myriad shifted uneasily when she called him that, not used to it. "No idea. His stuff didnt have anything usefull, and hea out cold.

"Who do you think these little guys are?" Kate asked, pointing to a picture with little children. "Minions?"

Myriad stared at the picture i dont know

"They're small," Kate said, studying the photo.

"I think they are children" he said

"Hmm, maybe you're on to something," Kate said thoughtfully. She slapped Kiri. "Wake up. We need you to identify these children."

Myriad giggled softly and poked at kiri to help

Kiri woke up, startled and touching his hand to his face. "Ow," he said in an injured tone.
"Who are they?" Kate said impatiently, tapping on the picture.
"My siblings," Kiri said, now sounding scandalized as he put two and two together and realized that she had slapped him. -
Myriad tilted his head "what are siblings?"
