"What am I to you, then?" Kate said, setting the bottle down. "Predator or prey?"

"Neither. You are my Master" he said calmly, tilting his head to the side

Kate bit her lip and frowned. "Master?"

He nodded, looking a little uncertain at her reaction

"Myriad, I-I'm not the master kind of person," Kate said.

Myriad tilted hos head "would you like me to call you something else, if Master makes your uncomfortable?" He asked calmly

"If thats what you wish" he said with a nod
