(Lol)
Candace walked down the path, ignoring the men's chatter as the sky began to darken. Candace frowned and turned into a wolf. She hated the rain.
Must find shelter
She found a cave and ran into it, examining the outside as she waited for rain to fall. -
Janus looked at the sky and sighed. “Of course it’s going to rain today. Just my luck.” He said, clutching his arm tightly. “I have a friend - surprising, I know - that lets me stay at her place during storms. Y’all wanna come with?”
-
Ink frowned at the clouds in slight confusion "those arent natural." he said after a moment, tilting his head. He glanced at Janus blinked "yoyr right, that is surprising." he said dully before refocusing on the storm
-
Zander looked a bit closer and said "I think our druid friend has a point." Just then some evil eyes began to form in the dark cloud.
-
“... Well now I have to agree with you.” Janus said, peering up at the eyes. “What’s happening?” He asked, slightly frightened.
-
-
(You skipped my turn apparently so Pheonix is next.)
-
Ink pulled his staff off his back as he watched the cloud wearily "not sure" he said in response to Janus's question
-
The cloud grew a mouth and arms and created an earth-shattering roar. It fired a beam out of it's eyes that seemed to suck the life out of the land, leaving it cold and white. It missed the heroes by sheer dumb luck and completely sucked the life out of the forest. It then disappeared as quickly as it came.
-
Candace looked wide eyed and yelped as the forest was sucked from its life. As she walked out of the cave, fear and confusion dominating her like thick fog, she could only think one clear thought.
I hope the hunters got sucked up too. -
Wait what I thought we didn’t have turns in this one I’m sorry))
-
I would never usually do something like that my bad really))
Janus let out a yelp of shock, trying to keep his breathing steady as he noticed how close they had been to being sucked up wth the rest of the forest; his breathing was ragged as he tried to calm down, combing his fingers through the strands of loose hair on his head. “I... I’m so confused...” -
Int stared at the forest around them in shock, his hands trembling slightly in fear
-
Zander was nervously hiding under his guitar and said "What the hell was that thing?" He looked at the cold, white and lifeless forest where no animals seem to be left anywhere.
-
(It's okay. I'm more disappointed you didn't laugh at Candace's thought. lol)
Candace paced around in wonder of what to do. She couldn't trust the forest anymore. She would need to ally herself with people who had knowledge of the outside world. Candace sighed before running back to the men, hoping she'd be able to rejoin them without embarrassing herself.
