"I'll look for it. And what kind do you want?" Shawn asked, careful to keep his voice down so his father wouldn't hear them.

''Chocolate mint,'' Her lips curved into a smile at the thought of ice cream. ''Why can't we get daddy some?'' Alianna questioned, as she stood, wanting their father to join them in their treat.

"Because Daddy might not want us to have ice cream." Shawn replied with a face palm. His sister could be impossible some times.

''But, mommy lets us have ice cream,'' Alianna huffed in annoyance, arms over her chest. ''Why not daddy?'' Alianna asked, her brows furrowed in anger and annoyance.

"Hey... I'll get you ice cream Okay?" Shawn asked. "I'm trying to be nice to you." He sighed, speaking it out for her since she was gettin his nerves.

''Fine,'' Alianna said, laying down on the couch, crossing her legs as she looked at the cartoon. She remembered times where Noelle and her would watch these cartoons together as Noelle would just smile and laugh. Alianna sniffed, wiped her eyes and continued watching the show.

Shawn climbed up to the attic to search for the book Alianna wanted. He turned on the light and looked around.

Alianna kicked her feet up, over the armrest of the couch. Clicking her tongue as she did so. Constantly looking at the time, she waited for Noelle to come home at least that's what she hoped for.

(I'm wondering what kind of stuff will Shawn find while searching the attic. Like what level of evil should we be with this poor kid? ðŸ˜) -

I think we should have him find something, that doesn't relate to Noelle cheating because, they already know that but, something probably that caused Braden to stay with Noelle even after he already figured that out. Something like that maybe?)) -
(I was thinking he would find something weird. Perhaps something to embarrass the father? Like maybe a love pillow or something?)

Shawn searched the attic and groaned. Why did his sister have to pic the one book he couldn't find? Maybe his dad borrowed it. Shawn took down a box of his father's stuff. He blinked at a large photo album and smiled, picking it up. The book said Fun in sparkling gold letters. The book had a black and red stick in it. Shawn opened the book and couldn't believe what he saw. As he flipped through the pages, he thought that maybe his father wasn't so perfect after all. Then he got an idea of a book he could writ with this. He put the photo album into his box for creative material then kept looking. He found the book he was looking for and ran down the stairs to sit beside his sister.

Alianna shifted from her position, moving near the door, opening it every so often. She peeked outside, hoping to see the family car coming into the driveway only for her to be met with disappointment. She'll sit down on the couch, watching the television and listen to her father's distant cries and angry mumbling from his office next door. Alianna was about to stand to repeat the process until seeing her brother coming down the stairs, a grin on her lips. ''Did you find the book? Did you find anything else while you were up there, I don't think anyone has been up there in a while. I think mommy was last to be up there,'' Alianna mumbled.

"Yes I found the book." Shawn told her. He wondered if he should tell her about the photo album he found upstairs. But decided it be best not to. Since he wanted to keep it, he couldn't tell Alianna. Otherwise she would tell mom and mom would burn it or something. "What chapter were you on?" Shawn asked, flipping through the book.
