Matthew smiled he chuckled but it sounded more like a giggle, "I don't know... We could go out to a restaurant or to a bar or club. Which ever you prefer." He said and put his hands in his pockets. He smiled at him again, he walked and sat down in the chair he was sitting in earlier and pulled his legs up to his chest.
Mattys mind was happy but at the same time a tittle confused, he wasn't sure weather they were starting completely new or if they were continuing from like before. He wasn't sure if it would make too much of a difference on where they were starting as long as they were fine. -
Andie shrugged. "No, no. Your choice. I'll pay." Andie hoped he wasn't being too nice too quickly. He couldn't just act like nothing had happened- and he couldn't pretend that Matty wasn't hurting. That would be naive of him. However, he had never felt better in his life. He had a clean slate, another chance.
He couldn't screw this up. He would never forgive himself if he did. He was given another chance- and it was a thread of a chance. Andie knew he would have to hang onto that thread for dear life. Matthew was sensitive- meanwhile he was cold. They had to find an equal balance. He knew there would be many sleepless nights for them up ahead- it would be a rocky road.
But he supposed love wasn't supposed to be easy. No, no. It was designed to be the most difficult thing to upkeep in the world. You had to scratch and claw to keep it alive, he guessed. He hadn't ever experienced that- but perhaps now he would, at the beginning of this long road. -
Matty looked at Andie then at his hands, "Oh umm... How about one of the clubs... The good ones are just down the street, well you know that." He said a little caught off guard, "But ummm... I can pay for myself." He said still looking at his hands, he clenched them into loose fists and looked up at Andie and smiled.
Matty took slow breaths that were suppose to be calming but he knew that the second he opened his mouth his breath would be shaking, he realized that maybe a club or bar wasn't the best idea, he realized that he'd be overly paranoid the whole time and he really didn't want to be that person. He tried to shake the thought out of his head and although the thought did bug him, he couldn't act like that, he couldn't be paranoid like that.
He shook his head slightly and gripped onto his jeans tightly. He bit his lip and tugged on it. -
Nothing the other man's body language, Andie bit his lip. He tapped his foot anxiously as he deliberated what to say, what to do. Andie sighed, unsure of what to do. So, he went on his instincts. "Why don't we go to a pub? Like the Irish one on 32nd street? They have good food, and good beer." He said, giving a slight laugh, to reassure himself.
I mean, it seemed like a good idea. The pub had people, alcohol and food. However, it didn't have the dancing an obnoxious music with a sexual atmosphere. The pub on 32nd, especially, had a nice, calm enjoyable atmosphere with Irish music playing in the background. The food was quite nice as well. Small and cheap, but full of flavor. They could sit at the bar or sit at a table or booth. He didn't see any negatives to it, at least.
After all, they had been there once or twice before when they had first started dating. He recalled it as an enjoyable experience; but he might have been too tipsy to remember correctly. As Andie thought about this, he looked at the beautiful boy across from himself. Damn. -
I got mechanical pencils for Easter XD. Also when you said Irish pub I automatically thought of McLaren's Pub from How I Met Your Mother.))
Matty smiled and nodded liking that idea but then frowned slightly, "Wont you get bored there, its not overly exciting." He said not wanting to get comfortable and leave or something of that nature and not wanting Andie to get bored within two minutes of being there. He tilted his head slightly and looked at Andie.
He kind of remembered going to the pub he was talking about, he remembered that they went a few times when they started going out but not much other that that. Matty was a light weight so once he had a few drinks he was gone, so he only partially remembered the pub. He remembered the food being amazingly delicious but he wasn't that hard to empress with food so that wasn't saying much. He also remembered it being more of a hide out for residents and such and their was almost never tourist there.
Matthew didn't mind the restaurant actually he quite liked it, he also knew that a bunch of other people in his classes liked to go there. But more as an after class hang out and he doubted that they'd be there tonight and thought that some or most of them would be working or out at more amusing places. He liked the idea the more he thought about it, Matty had usually tried to keep his friends from class away from Andie since they were very energetic people and they were pretty weird too and he didn't think that Andie would like them. -
I'm sorry I didn't see this
I love mechanical pencils
And lol xD)
Andie shrugged. "I don't mind. We're going there to eat and drink. It's not going to be an amusement park." Andie knew he could get bored there, but it's true that the pub wasn't meant to be overly exciting. Hopefully they could talk some things out while in the restaurant.
Andie was quite anxious, though. Things could go amazing tonight, or they could go incredibly wrong. He looked at the golden haired boy in front of him. And, although he seemed alright, Andie knew he was hardly staying together; whether that was conscious or not. Andie wanted to be the love of Matty's life. And he wanted Matthew to be the love of his own life. The affairs he had before, that wasn't love; it was lust. Matts have Andie something none of those people could have even dreamed of giving him. -
Lol its fine
Me to but it was soo funny, my mom just threw a pack at me and said Happy Easter and went back in the kitchen.
I'm so weird))
Matty looked at him and frowned slightly, "I don't want you to be bored." He said, he sighed lightly, "I do like that place though, if you think you'll enjoy yourself then its fine. I just want you to have fun." He said, 'I don't want to annoy you because you're bored.' He though to himself although he hit himself mentally for it, he shouldn't be thinking that way.
Matthew knew that the thoughts in his mind really wasn't where it should be but it was okay, he'd get anything that he still had in him out later when he started painting or sketching. He's thoughts were shallow, things that wouldn't keep his mind going for too long and somewhere he knew that but he was gripping onto threads, little tiny stings on his sanity but he was okay with that, because he loved Andie and if these small nothing thoughts were saving him then that was fine. And he would keep it up for as long as he could. -
Omg lmao
Eh we're all weird)
Andie sighed. He knew he might end up bored, but that was a risk he was willing to take. He walked over to Matty, and sat down next to him with his arms around him. He rest his chin on Matthew's shoulder and said, "I'll be fine, Matty." Even though he was a little skeptical himself, he would do anything to reestablish the bond they once had.
And oh, the passion they once had for one another. They were inseparable once. They did everything together. They were in love, they lived for each other. They moved in together just three weeks after dating. They would cuddle and kiss throughout the night. It was full of happiness and bliss. Andie couldn't have asked anymore. They would go to bars, Andie would get drunk, Matty would get drunk, and they'd pass out on the bed after walking home. Sometimes they had to go to a hotel because they were too tired to walk any further. Those were the days. Andie was once happy, indeed. -
-
Lol true.
Sorry I was reading and too lazy.))
Matty watched him carefully as Andie walked over to him. He closed his eyes and opened them as he sat down, he took a breath. He froze as Andie wrapped his arms around him, he looked at his hands and tried to stop them from shaking but couldn't. He wrapped his arms around himself, he managed to nod slightly and he closed his eyes again.
It was sudden and he didn't see it coming at all it was like something shattered in his mind when he was touched like that. His heart raced and pounded harshly against his chest. Through his closed eyes a few images from earlier flashed through his mind causing him to flinch mentally and he shook his head and slapped himself mentally
Matty looked over at Andie he kissed his forehead gently, his lips lingered a little longer than they probably should have, "Why don't we um... Get cleaned up and get ready to go?" He said with a smile, he kissed his forehead again, "Okay?" he said. -
Is oke)
Andie nodded, letting his arms droop down. He stood up, his face a pale pink. Andie decided he would- at least, somewhat- dress up tonight. He wanted to look nice for his boyfriend, after all. He moved into the room they called theirs, and looked inside of his closet. It was convienent, there were two closets in the room. The boy didn't find much, but he did find a black beanie, black skinny jeans and a knit, gray sweatshirt. He figured he'd look nice. He also wore a golden necklace, which had a pendant of a heart on it. It wasn't real gold, of course, but it felt as good as it. This was the necklace Matty had given them when they had first started dating
Andie laid his clothes on the bed, taking off his shirt. This revealed a small tattoo on his rib, in dark green ink. It was very visible, as the font was large and he was quite healthy looking. The tattoo read, "Love". He put the sweatshirt on, finding it didn't itch much at all. He then took off his pants and put on the jeans. He did this in a quick order, though, he didn't mind if his lover saw. Andie then found some socks and slipped those on. He would put on a pair of black and white converse, later.
His outfit was a little over the top, as they lived in Florida. He walked into his bathroom, beginning to brush his teeth and straighten out his hair. -
Matty for some reason didn't like it when Andies arms left from around him but at the same time he wasn't positive he really wanted to be all snugly with him yet. He got up slowly and followed after him into their room, he shivered as he walked in and towards his closet. He brushed loose hairs that fell out of his pony tail behind his ear. He looked at the stuff in his closet.
He glanced back at Andie, he licked his bottom lip gently and bit his lip. He always loved that tattoo, so much, he had pretty much always thought that tattoos were hot as long as he could remember he'd always thought that. He that before he had licked and kissed the tattoo he also sort of remembered nibbling on it once or twice before but he was pretty sure he wasn't completely or like at all sober. He had a thing with tattoos and he'd admit that but it was embarrassing. He was snapped from his thoughts when he saw Andie start stripping off his pants he blushed, he studied him for a moment and blushed more and looked back at his closet.
He pulled out some clothes and set them gently on the bed. Matty looked over at Andie in the bathroom made sure he wasn't looking and stripped off his pants, he didn't have an issue with Andie watching him changed it just embarrassed him more often then not. He pulled on a pair of black skinny jeans as well but they were a little more ripped than Matty preferred but he was fine with it. He changed into a white tank top it was oversized for him and he knew that but he liked the top anyway. He walked over to his dresser and picked rings up off the dresser and put them on his fingers so one hand had three rings and two on the other, he liked wearing rings but didn't wear them that much cause he didn't want to get tan lined around them. -
Andie walked back to Matty, and, from behind, draped his arms around the boy's neck. He felt his necklace hit his chest and gently kissed the other's neck. However, he made sure to keep it a single peck, as he didn't want to overstep his boundaries.
"Are you ready?" The boy purred. Andie didn't usually realize how much taller he was until he had to lean over to hug the shorter boy. He gave his cheek a peck, sliding around him to sit on the bed in wait.
Andie grabbed his shoes out from under the bed and began to untie them. After this was done, he slipped them on again and retied them. Now he was ready. He took out his phone, studying his appearance to make sure he looked okay.
His cheeks were awfully red from how much emotion he had just endured, but other than that, everything seemed normal. His nose ring sparkled as always, and the camera picked it up dazzlingly due to the amazing lighting. His earrings were pbnoxiously large faux diamond studs, but they added a nice contrast to his tan appearance. His scar was beaming white, starting at his jaw and ending at the middle of his neck. He cringed as the memory surfaced. His blue eyes were hollow and confused, and Andie could only manage to ask himself one question.
'Who am I?" -
Matthew jumped slightly as the arm was draped around him, he looked over at Andie with a small smile. He chuckled and shivered slightly. Matty hated being short, he hated it but more so when he was younger then now. He looked in the mirror and took his hair out of the pony tail and shook his head slightly, he ran a hand through his hair and put it back up making sure that all the strands were tucked into it.
He pulled his shoes out and slipped them on, it took him a few seconds to slip the heels of the shoes and huffed halfheartedly. He glanced at himself in the mirror before looking at Andie.
Matty knew he didn't look the best right now but he shook it off. He placed a knee on the bed and hplaced his hand on the bed gently, he kissed Andies cheek and kept his lips against his cheek, "Are you done checking yourself out, babe?" he asked quietly. He looked over at the phone for a second before he looked back at his eyes. -
Andie chuckled, quietly. The boy grinned as his boyfriend asked him if he was done checking himself out. "I'm just concerned~" He hummed, kissing the boy's cheek. "You look great, babe." He said, standing. Stood, turning off his phone and slipping it into his pocket. "I'm assuming we're walking?"
It would be a lot easier for them to walk, after all. Cost less money. It was also a nice night out. He love Flordian winters, the perfect mix of cool and warm. However, these are when the tourists were out, which could slow things down, as they lived right on the coast. This led to a lot of tourists coming their way.
Andie began to walk out the room, grabbing the other boy's hand and dragging him with him. He grinned at the soft texture of the skin he had learned to love so much. He would often drag his finger across the other's chest while they were sleeping together at night, enjoying the well-groomed man's skin and presence. He was so warm against himself; Andie had a naturally cold body. However, God bless, Matty's was warm and appealing.
