Andie smiled a little when Matty broke the kiss. It had, after all, gotten a little intense. That was unintentional on Andie's part, but he couldn't resist the tiger in him that growled for more. He nodded. "Yeah, drinks." He was a little breathless, rasping out words into his boyfriend's ear. He had always taken a lot out of him. Whenever they did anything remotely sexual, Andie found all willpower and energy sucked out of him, as if Matty was a magical vacuum that sucked everything out of him. Of course, during such an activity, Andie was always rejuvenated. But no one else had this effect on him.
Was that a good thing, was that a bad thing? Was Matty really who he was meant for? These were questions the tan male had frequented quite a bit. Which could have been a factor into his douchebag style cheating. Andie was still ashamed of this, so he frowned a bit at the thought. He said nothing for a few moments, holding the other adult close to his own body. -
Matty nodded, "Yep, drinks, we are at a pub." He said with a smile. He kissed under his ear and placed his his forehead on Andies shoulder hiding his face waiting for it to become less red. He was growing more embarrassed just thinking about what he did, it was so unlike him and it was making it worse in his mind, it was making him embarrassed for himself and then it hit him, what if someone else saw them and got upset about it. Or even if they weren't if someone saw it would be embarrassing. Matty hugged Andie closer to him he took a small breath.

Andie was a tad taken back by Matty hugging him so close. Not that it didn't reassure him and that he didn't want to reassure the other man. Of course, it was factual that Andie wasn't very good with other people's emotions. At one time he had been, however. Before his mother had died. His father had left when they were little, she was all he had. His mother was hardworking, a businesswoman. She was an entrepreneur. And after he died, Andie decided he needed to become focused on continuing her legacy. He thought about her every day. Her graying hair that she was starting to lose at the end of her days. The chemo they had given her couldn't help her, she was already terminal. She was stage three ovarian cancer by the time they found it. It had already spread to her lungs and liver. Her body was shutting down day by day, but his mother never stopped fighting or running the business. Yes, Octavia Kimberly was quite the woman. Focused like a hawk and dedicated to her job, Andie had always admired her.
Andie whispered, "What kind of drink do you think you'll order?" He bit his lip, "I'm thinking fireball for myself." -
Once Matty felt his face calm down a bit his arms relaxed around the other male and he pulled away guessing Andie didn't like it that much. He tiled his head thinking, he bit his lip, he wasn't sure what he wanted. "Why don't you supprise me? But keep it kind of light, you know I'm a lightweight and how I get when I'm drunk." He said looking more beind Andie then at him.
-
"Yeah, I know. I'll see what they have." The boy broke free from his boyfriend's embrace and stood. He walked over to the bartender, the old liberal man. Okay, he wasn't that old- but his age was showing. He was wrinkly and had white hair, but managed to keep a happy smile as Andie waltzed up to the counter. The man had a deep, calm voice with a hint of cheer, "What can I get you, Andie?" He asked. Yes, the man knew his name. And rightfully so. Although he didn't come around the pub much, Andie knew he had certainly made an impression when he did get around. "I'll have a glass of fireball mixed with some cream soda. And for my boyfriend just get him a light Swedish vodka mixed with doctor pepper." The man nodded, grumbling off the orders to the young employee, who was likely a trainee. He looked about eighteen, and was definitely a transgender, born a female. Andie was glad to see the boy, as he always got excited at the thought of more LGBT youth in his community. He walked back to Matty, slipping his body into the booth and immediately taking Matty's hand.
-
Matty pulled his feet up onto the seat of the booth and crossed his legs. He rubbed his arms slightly cold all of a sudden since Andie left, he bit his lip and nibbled on it. He got lost in his thoughts and was shocked back into them when Andlie slid back into the booth, he yelped when his hand was grabbed. He smiled slightly and leaned up and placed a kiss on his cheek.

Andie giggled a little at the boy's squeal when he took his hand. "Happy birthday, babe~" He hummed, planting kisses all over Matty. His neck, his jaw, his cheek, his nose, his forehead, his lips. He smiled a little in between each kiss, happy that the boy had decided to forgive him. It would be a rocky road, Andie was aware. Nothing was ever easy for the two. They would have to work if they wanted to keep this relationship alive. And Andie did. He truly did. Matthew was more important to Andie now then ever. He recognized that he needed him. He needed Matty, and he hoped Matthew needed him as well. But maybe he didn't.
Perhaps Andie had been taking Matty for granted all along. No- he had been taking him for granted all along. That was pure truth. And perhaps he was doing it again now. No, he couldn't do this again. -
Matty smiled brightly and giggled as he was attacked with kisses, "Andie!" He said part whine part moan but mostly giggles, "Thanks, honey." He said trying to regain composure. The part of Mattys mind that wasn't buling a wall to block out the events was wondering 'why?' in all meanings of the word. Sure by no means was Matty easy but they had done it before, he wasn't scared of it or anything, he would of done it if he was asked or if Andie showed that he wanted to but by no means was he going to throw himself at his boyfriend like a slut although he'd admit it was a serious thought in his mind as of how to keep Andie more intrested in him. He wadn't even ashamed of the thought although he also thought he should of been because as much as he loved Andie he didn't want their whole relationship to be about sex.
Matty remembered back before he met Andie, he only had a few "friends" and most were weirder than weird, he was failing most of his classes, he couldn't get a job and was a week away from being evicted and was seriously so close to just giving up and moving back to New York. After he met Andie he knew it was werid staying around just for one guy but it seemed so worth it to him and he knew he made a few mistakes but that definately wasn't one of them and he was beyond proud of it.
(It was better the first time *grumble grumble*) -

Wait what? Cx sorry I haven't been on)
Andie chuckled a little at his boyfriend's reaction, grinning even afterwards. He looked over to the bar for a moment, the trainee was preparing their drinks. "Hey, see the trainee, over there? The boy? How old do you think he is?" Men who were born women always seemed to look quite young, which Andie never found fair. His family had the curse of grating quite early, and he was counting his blessings before his first gray hair arrived. He was dreading it. Andie silently began to calculate the age of the trainee in his mind. Well, they were likely over twenty one. Even though the pub often served alcohol to people under the age limit, they had only once been known to hire someone under the age limit. And she was twenty and a half, so it wasn't a big deal anyways. So, he deduced that the trainee was around twenty three, but he could easily be wrong.
Soon, however, his name was called up, and the drinks awaited him at the bar. He thanked the bartender and the trainee, grinning a little. Cocking his head a little, Andie turned and walked away. He slid back into the booth, handing the other boy the Swedish vodka that had been mixed with doctor pepper, hoping the trainee got the ratio right. -
I had to retype it. And I liked the first one better))
Matty jumped, "Hun? T-The boy?" He followed Andies gaze and looked at the boy making drinks. He tilted his head and watched him. Matty could never guess peoples ages, he didn't like doing it he felt like he was going to offend them and he didn't like doing so. "Umm..." He said. "I don't know." He said and turned back to sit normally in his spot. Matty took the drink and took a small sip from it. He leaned on Andie slightly. -
Andie couldn't help but to bust out a few chuckles. It was true. Matty was terrible at guessing ages. "When we met, I remember.." He took a swig of his drink. "You thought I was in my mid-twenties." He laughed a bit more. "I was so offended! I was unshaven, though, so I'll give you that." Laughing a bit more, he chugged the drink until it was gone. "You remember what we did when I took you home that night? Remember what I did to you?" He remembered that night clearly. Although he was drunken out of his consciousness, he remembered it. It was the first time he got laid as an adult. And it was the best time. Andie even blushed at the thought of it.
Ah, the memories. That was the first day of their relationship. And, in a way, today was the first day as well. Wasn't that appropriate? A smile spread across his face. This night would be the best night in history for the both of them. He would make sure of that.
