Lovino squeaked, but didn't protest to the kiss, smiling to himself as he climbed out of the car. He held up a hand, watching in childish wonder as a few snowflakes melted on his palm, giggling softly until he realized he was probably making a fool of himself and bit his lip, looking up at Antonio. "...I like the snow." He said quietly, nodding slightly, blushing. -

Antonio smiled, watching Lovino, laughing when Lovino looked rather sheepish. "Mm, me too." He said. He stuck out his tongue, waiting for a white flake to land in his mouth, melting into a cold drop. He raised an eyebrow, before reaching for Lovino's hand and tugging him towards the mall. "When we come back out maybe the ground will be white, hm? But meanwhile let's not freeze for the moment." -
ahh thank you so much sweetheart, what about you? Are you okay? How was your day? How are you in general?
Lovino rolled his eyes and muttered a complaint, but he did agree that it was fairly cold out, and as usual he had of course forgotten to wear a jacket. Luckily the mall was heated nicely inside. Lovino glanced around, wondering what presents he should get. Roma, Feli, and Antonio were really the only people he had to shop for, but they were all so different he wasn't even sure where to start. "I forgot how f---ing enormous this place." He said quietly under his breath.

Antonio raised an eyebrow, smiling gently. "We have time," He murmured. "Do you want to get lunch now or later?" There were a few restaurants around them, but there were also stores, and he wondered exactly what they were going to do. He had Lovino, his mother, and his brother to shop for, and he felt slightly sick when he almost added Francis and Gilbert to the list automatically. He shook the thought away, squeezing Lovino's hand. "We have time," He repeated, giving a small sigh. -

Lovino pursed his lips and thought for a moment. "Mm...later." He tugged Antonio over to a map of the mall and pointed to one of the little boxes representing the stores. "There, there's an art store there, Feli said something about needing new paints. I-I mean not that I was listening, but he wouldn't shut up about it." He hastily explained, scanning the map for other places. Maybe some of that fancy coffee from the cafe Roma liked, or a new watch or something. But he was at a loss for what to get Antonio. -

Awww it does, thank you honestly most of the time it's just me forgetting to take care of myself, so it's easily fixed
"Alright," Antonio scanned the map, nodding slightly. "That sounds good." They could when they were done, and Lovino seemed to have some semblance of a plan, so it worked. "I'll probably just getting my brother a gift card or something. My mama can have some jewelery or something..." He trailed off, glancing subtly at Lovino. He'd have to figure out to what to get him. He was tempted to ask, but decided he'd try to choose something himself first. They could always stop in other stores on their way. He pulled Lovino in the direction of the art store. "That's a plan, then." -

Lovino nodded in agreement, still wondering what on earth he could buy for Antonio. He doubted he could afford a guitar. He held his hand a little tighter, inching closer as he noticed an older woman glaring at them. He glared at her, but quickly kept moving, determined not to let anything ruin their time together. As they reached the art store, Lovino sighed in slight jealousy, knowing that if he wanted to buy something nice for Feliciano than he couldn't go buying things for himself, no matter how much he needed new colored pencils. He tried to avoid gazing longingly at everything, hoping he looked more curious for Feli in case Antonio was watching. "...He, uh, he likes to paint." He said after a moment of staring. "Maybe watercolors." -

Antonio raised an eyebrow. "He doesn't like the pencils?" He murmured, glancing at the table of colors that Lovino had been staring at. He remembered the sketchbook in Lovino's room, and pursed his lips. Maybe he did know what he could get. A pack of pencils seemed rather simple for a gift, although some of them did seem ridiculously expensive. He walked over to the paints, trying to cover his thoughts from Lovino. Besides, maybe he really was just looking for Feli. "I don't know what makes nice paints..." He admitted, brows furrowing as he scanned the table. "You would know better than I would..." -

Lovino sighed softly. "No, he does..." He allowed himself one last glance over at the table of pencils before shaking his head. "But I think he prefers the paints." He picked out a large set of watercolors and some paper and glanced at Antonio. "...Do you think this is enough?" He asked hesitantly. Lovino always felt guilty around Christmas time, it seemed to remind him how hard he was on Feli for the rest of the year, excluding his birthday of course, so he always tried to get a good gift. -

Antonio looked at the generous amount of paper and the price of the paint and bit his lip. "I think he'd love that, Lovino." He murmured, his lips pressing together at the uncertain look on Lovino's face. "That's plenty." He glanced over at the table of pencils, filing it away in his memory. It was possible he'd have to come back without Lovino, but he'd have to see what happened.
