Sillinae NewbieSchool wasn't an issue for Antonio. In fact, he didn't mind going and seeing his friends and going through the motions much at all. What was an issue was math class. Not that he didn't try. No matter how hard he concentrated, the numbers seemed to swim around on the pages, signs flipping and generally just being a confusing mess. Which is why he was always intently focused in class. He always had lunch and soccer practice and other classes to slack of in, so it didn't bother him too much, but he would quickly become frustrated with it. His face would set with unfamiliar irritation and he'd fix all the dumb mistakes he would make. As a result, he had little time to become familiar with anyone in that class. So when the teacher announced that they'd be working in partners that day, he was startled to realized he had no real friends in the class. This would be interesting.

Lovino muttered a curse under his breath. School, or Hell, as the tempermental Italian preferred to call it, was awful every day, but even more so when they had to work with partners. He bit his lip and pushed up his glasses, sighing and waiting to see which irritating classmates he'd be expected to tolerate this time. There were a few people he didn't mind, his brother and a couple others, but he really didn't have any friends. He was praying for someone who'd just focus on the work, but he gave up on that hope when the teacher called Antonio's name. Jock, and a talkitive one too. Great.

Sillinae Newbie(ok, phew ^o^) When Antonio heard the name 'Lovino' leave the teacher's lips, he felt a jolt of guilt when he realized that he barely knew that was. In fact, the only way he was certain was when a boy across the classroom seemed to deflate when Antonio's name was paired. He was smaller, with auburn hair and sharp eyes. He was quiet, as far as Antonio knew. He didn't look terribly pleased, but Antonio shot a small smile across the classroom anyways. 'Please be good at math, please be good at math,' he silently prayed in his head. This sounded like a great opportunity to embarrass himself, and his partner obviously wasn't ecstatic with him in the first place. He got up as the last names were called, wandering over to Lovino's seat. "Uh, hey."
