Lovino hummed softly, half asleep against Antonio as Roma turned up the heat in the car, grumbling something about winter weather. "Mm...not yet, b------, but you'd better do something pretty great after all this." He answered, a little disappointed when they turned into a fancier development, no dojbt Francis' house. Lovino reluctantly dragged himself up to the porch, the he hovered behind everyone else, glancing around like the blonde might jumlp out of the bushes and attack. -

Antonio chuckled. "I'll have to figure something out, then." He answered quietly, giving a small sigh. When they pulled up to Francis' house got out reluctantly, not wanting to have to look at Francis, the cut on his cheek still very much visible and wishing that Francis had something to prove that Antonio had held his own. Unlike at Gilbert's house, it was Francis who opened the door to them, scowling when he saw them. "What do you want?" He asked sharply, glaring straight at Lovino. Antonio shuffled slightly closer, one hand going to squeeze Lovino's behind them. -

Lovino's breath caught in his chest and without meaning to he whimpered softly, immediately moving to hide behind Antonio. Roma, who was used to seeing only the rough, angry part of his older grandson, was cleary disturbed, turning to glare sharply at Francis. Again, the cop spoke first. "Hello, Mr. Bonnefoy. I'm here on behalf Antonio Carriedo and Lovino Vargas. We've been talking, and I've recieved multiple stories of violent physical harassment, light sexual harassment, and threatening of lives." He paused for a moment, to let it sink in. -

Antonio's hand tightened around Lovino's, and Francis suddenly looked much less sure of himself. "What evidence do you have?" He spat. The cop scoffed. "We have two hospital stays, the words of these two boys, and that mark on his face. I suggest you take this seriously." Francis was scowling, but the cop turned to them. "You guys can head back to the car if you'd like. I'll handle him." Antonio didn't even answer, turning and pulling Lovino back to the car, his stomach churning. As soon as they were in the seats he put his arms tightly around Lovino, shutting his eyes. "There," he whispered, "It's over. No more Francis, okay? It's alright." He was vaguely surprised by how badly he'd wanted to punch Francis again, especially at Lovino's reaction. -
ahh yeah ^^ yknow ofc i love fridays but i think i like them even more cuz now it means lots of time to talk to you
Lovino was feeling a bit lightheaded by the time they reached the car, scared by just how sickeningly nauseous Francis made him with just one glare. "Oh god," he breathed, voice shaking as he quickly clambered closer to Antonio, eyes wide and frightened as he hugged him tightly. -

"It's okay, Lovi." He murmured, rubbing firm circles into Lovino's back with his hand, holding him tightly. "It's over. No more." Hopefully they'd never have to deal with Francis and Gilbert again. Even just a restraining order sounded wonderful, although he wondered if he'd have another chance to hit Francis before anything was decided. He pulled away just enough to kiss him on the forehead, his arms tightly around his waist. "Te quiero, Lovinito, estamanos seguro ahora..."

"I hate him," Lovino whispered, pressing close up against him, closing his eyes and sighing heavily. "...I hope this is it." He added quietly. He stayed there like that for a while, grip tightening slightly when he heard Roma yelling outside. "He's really mad at Francis." He explained quietly, "I-I told him about, um, about some of the stuff he did before we were..." He trailed off with a tiny shrug, frowning. -

Antonio frowned, glancing out to where Roma was yelling at the blonde, looking furious. Then it occurred to him that he only knew about what had happened after they'd been together. Heinous as that had been, he didn't know what else Francis had done. "Lovino... what did he do?" He asked hesitantly, quietly. "What exactly? Before we, uh..." He bit his lip, a little afraid of the answer. -
ahh u sneaky I hope you can
Lovino cringed. "Um...n-nothing, really. He never really did anything besides try to scare me, but h-he did, um, try to t-touch me a few times. L-Like you saw in the locker room." He finished in a small voice. It had been a while, but the few incidents had left Lovino quite shaken. -

Antonio bit his lip harshly, nodding slowly. "I'm sorry, Lovino." He breathed, leaning in to hug him tightly again, speaking into his ear. His eyes shut. "I'm sorry I never did anything before. Before we spoke..." He mumbled. He felt a little sick, that that had been happening for probably even years before he'd known. He'd been associated with it for so long. He was still a little afraid that he would still be associated with that, after spending so much time with them. -

Lovino shook his head and sighed quietly, hugging him back, resting his head against Antonio's chest, comforted by the warmth of his arms and the sound of his heartbeat. "It's fine. It...was a long time ago. And we're giving it now, so down sound so damn sad about it." He was quiet for another minute, before speaking up again. "The mall." He said with a small nod. "I want to go there, that can be our date. I need to get Feli a Christmas present anyway, and we can get lunch or something and forget about all this s---." -

Antonio pursed his lips, nodding slightly. "Alright. That sounds pretty easy." He glanced down at him, admittedly glad for the subject change. He considered that for a moment. "I didn't realize how close Christmas is getting." He murmured. It was still a ways away. The wasn't even snow on the ground yet, but it was getting closer. He sighed softly, glancing back to where Roma and his friend were finishing up with Francis. "When this is over, we can go today if you want." -
it might be a while haha my connections pretty bad at school, luckily gtq just isn't blocked by the school's wifi ^^
Lovino nodded, straightening up a little as the other two climbed back into the car, but staying close to Antonio just the same. "Yeah, today's good." He affirmed with another nod, eager to get away and do something fairly normal for once. -

Antonio hummed acknowledgment, straightening up somewhat as well, although he stayed close to Lovino. Roma and his friend were finishing up their own discussion as they pulled away and headed back to Lovino's house. He texted his mother that he'd be out, satisfied to be spending time with Lovino doing something normal and nice. -

Lovino sighed contentedly, please when Roma said it was fine for them to take the car. He and his friend went inside, probably for beer, and Lovino climbed into the passenger seat. "Um, do you mind driving?" He asked quietly, still a little uncertain about it. But it wasn't awful, there was lots of excitement mixed at the fact that they'd be going somewhere together that wasn't the hospital.
