Antonio hummed, leaning down to kiss him and reaching for his hand. "De nada, mi amor," He murmured, wrapping his fingers through Lovino's with a small smile. "It looks good on you. I'm glad it fits." And Lovino had gone that adorable shade of dark pink again, as well. An added bonus. He pulled him gently towards the entrance, taking a small breath. "Well, now that you won't freeze, let's get out of here, huh? I've had enough of these crowds." -

Lovino smiled a tiny, shy smile, holding his hand tightly, slightly surprised at how much the jacket meant to him. He didn't get gifts very often, and when he did it was really only something small from Feli, so to receive such an expensive present, just because Antonio didn't want him to be cold, meant a lot. He squeezed his hand and nodded, following him towards the exit, feeling strangely light and happy. "...G-Grazie," he murmured again after a moment. "For taking me." He added, glancing aside, a bit embarassed. -

Antonio looked back to him, smiling. "Thank you for coming with me." He said simply, giving a small laugh. When they stepped out the door, Antonio was delighted to see the ground had a decent layer of white fluff covering it. He kicked at some of it, grinning at Lovino. "See?" He chuckled, squeezing his hand. "Cold. Make sure you don't always forget a jacket, now." He leaned to kiss him on the cheek, Lovino's skin cool against his lips in the cold wind. "I can't afford to buy you a jacket every time you forget yours." He teased, reaching for his keys and unlocking the door. -

we just sat around and talked and ate banana bread, but it was fun~ and I got lots of cute pictures :3 haha you better be prepared for when we get together I take pictures constantly lol

Lovino smiled softly, giggling when he looked up at Antonio and saw tiny snowflakes catching on his dark eyelashes. "Don't tell me what to do, jerk," he muttered, but he was smiling gently as he climbed into the car, watching the snow, captivated, and feeling rather childish, but also too content with Antonio to care. He trusted him, and if he wanted to be stupid and girly and look at the pretty snow, Antonio would be the one who had to deal with it. "...I'm really happy." He whispered after a long moment. -

It's going p good! My family had breakfast together for the first time in forever and I'm going driving again later, so exciting stuff haha
Antonio watched Lovino, a dumb smile sticking to his face, and only widening at Lovino's giggling and smiling. He slid into the car as well, glancing over at the whisper. He was quiet for a moment, too, unable to resist just gazing at Lovino for a moment. "I am too." He said, leaning over to peck him quickly on the lips, squeezing his hand. He laughed softly again, kissing Lovino more firmly. "I'm happy because I love you," he said in a sing-song voice, smiling widely, "and I'm happy because you're happy and I love the most beautiful boy in the world." There was a dusting of white on too of Lovino's head and in his lashes, although it was melting quickly. And Lovino looked so undeniably perfect to him, even slightly damp, pale and flushed from the cold outside. "Eres perfecto," he hummed. "Te quiero mas de todo." -

Lovino laughed, kissing him back eagerly, blushing. "I love you too, idiot," he murmured, smiling, and for the first time in a long time, maybe years even, Lovino felt hopeful about the future. "...You have no idea how much you've done for me." He added quietly. However, not wanting to go too deep and risk making the conversation depressing again, he poked his side gently and grinned. "I'm glad that stupid teacher set us up together." -

Antonio glanced over at him as he started the car, giving a crooked grin. "I am too," He laughed, squeezing his hand quickly before pulling away to pull the car out of the parking lot. He hummed happily, smiling when the Spanish radio came on again, singing under his breath. "Is your abuelo going to be standing on the porch with a shotgun when I bring you home?" He joked between verses, his eyes flitting back to Lovino for a moment. He was still embarrassed about how he'd opened the door on them earlier, his cheeks flushing at the thought. -

aww me either but it makes me really happy it's been so long since they've been this happy I really think things are getting so much better c:
Lovino was perfectly content, watching the snow fall out the window and listening to Antonio sing softly. The jacket was warm and comfortable and he was happy that he'd found a gift for everyone. At the teasing question Lovino rolled his eyes, grinning. "He just might be. He likes you, but that guy's a mafia member at heart." He said with a smirk and a shrug. "Just don't try to make out on the porch again." He added with a small snicker. -

Antonio snickered, although he could definitely imagine Mr. Vargas sitting on the porch with a shotgun and a smirk on his face. He rolled his eyes. "Maybe I will." He snorted. He pulled the car over on the side of the street, but put a hand around Lovino's wrist before he could move to get out of the car. "Or maybe I'll just keep you in here until I'm done kissing you," He hummed, leaning over his kiss him again, laughing softly. "Although you'd probably be here a while." -

Lovino blushed deeper, surprised when Antonio suddenly kissed him again. "Mm, b------," he hummed softly, kissing him back firmly, eyes fluttering shut as he leaned closer over the seat. "Quit making me wanna stay here, jerk," he breathed between kisses, nipping at Antonio's bottom lip playfully. Sure enough, behind them, Roma stood by the window inside, watching with a raised eyebrow, arms crossed, but luckily not holding a gun. -

Antonio laughed, nipping back but pulling away, smirking slightly. He glanced at the house, seeing no one on the porch but spotting the outline of a figure in the window. "I think he's watching, anyways." He murmured lowly, leaning in to kiss him again anyways, shifting slightly closer and letting one hand go up to cup Lovino's cheek. He hummed lowly, pressing his forehead to Lovino's, his eyes closing and his lips curling up in a small smile. "If he asks you can tell him that it's not my fault his grandson is so damn kissable." -

Lovino moaned softly, tilting his head to kiss him a little deeper until he heard Antonio's next comment. "W-What?!" He jerked back, turning bright red and turning to glare at the forgive in the window, whose shoulders were now shaking with laughter. "Ugh, that old pervert," Lovino muttered, leaning over to peck Antonio on the lips one last time before gathering up his bags and stepping out of the car. "Um, bye," he waved a little awkwardly, trying not to drop anything. "Hey, uh, t-ti amo," he called, before quickly turning and marching towards the house, feeling the heat in his cheeks. -

Antonio laughed at the sudden vivid red in Lovino's face, humming happily when he got one last kiss. He rather like Lovino's grandfather, and had to admit he would probably do the same thing in his place. "Bye, Lovi," he smiled widely, waving back out the window. "Te quiero, tesoro!" He called back with a small laugh, almost wishing he could hear the way Mr. Vargas and Feli would tease Lovino about this. When Lovino got to the door he was content to pull away from the curb slowly, heading back to his own house, humming along to the radio and feeling more than pleased with the day's activities. -

Lovino was a bit flustered by the time he reached the door, grumbling at Feli for getting in the way as he set down all the bags, shooing his curious grandpa and brother away from their gifts. Roma made more than a few comments about the little episode in the car, and as per usual, Lovino ended up escaping upstairs. Still, he couldn't bring himself to get too upset, still feeling rather light from their date. -

Antonio was still singing when he walked into his home, carrying the bag with the pencils and the jacket and the necklace. His mother remarked on it, wondering out loud what had Antonio in such a good mood, before his brother pointed out that even if Antonio wasn't usually like that, he'd just been with Lovino. Antonio managed a glare, but he couldn't stop smiling, going up to his room quickly to stash the gifts under his bed. Christmas was getting rather close, and he was particularly excited for it this year. Plus his mother usually threw a small holiday party every year, and he was sure he could convince her to invite Lovino's family, as well.
