Fran pulled her body closer to herself when the warmth was gone from Mason. The she-puma didn't wake though as she was very peaceful in the dreamless sleep.
X woke up to the sound of soft voices. Opening his black eyelids where his yellow luminous eyes watched everything. He saw two forms moving out to hunt. He snorted in irritation and got up stretching out his form. His body cast a big shadow onto the walls around him. -
Then Kala noticed a chittering noise. "Hey! A groundhog!"

X watched then a moment longer before leaping from his hidding spot. Wether it scared the prey or not he didn't care. He brushed past them and went to find his tunnels. He knew secret tunnels that led to different place.. A place of freedom.

"Where are you going?" Kala snarled in a whisper so the prey wouldn't be startled. "We have to catch that thing!"

Zharl nudged Kala with his shoulder and led her to a larger tunnel. "There's more prey in here."
Shira, who had been watching the strange black puma, began to follow him as he leapt through the tunnels. She stayed as quiet as possible, not wanting to be caught. Maybe he would lead her somewhere... -

X stopped and frowned before leaping over a pit that he knew was there from times of being in the tunnels. After awhile a bright light shinned ahead and he walked through the light his pelt briefly flashing up like flames. The tunnels had led him up towards the sky and in the end it led into the forest. He stretched out his lean form in the sun enjoying his paradise. Slowly he made his way to a pond that was near and dipped down to drink from the cool water.

Shira gasped and squinted against the bright light, but she kept moving, eventually arriving at the pond. The sun warmed her fur, something Shira had never experianced before.

He snapped around, teeth barred and body fence at the intruder. "You." He said softly his voice husky as he remembers the she-puma in the dark. He was larger then her but he didn't doubt her abilities. Relaxing just a little he narrowed yellow optics and his tail swished behind him as he stood up.

Shira's ruby eyes narrowed as she examined the deep red puma. "Where are we?" She asked, still not usd to the light.

He huffed softly as a butterfly flew past his nose. "Those old tunnels were what used to connect us with the Sky clan." He said softly "Over time they forgot but I didn't. It's a little cove." He said looking at her.

She didnt budge. "And who are you?"

"X." He said, he had a reputation around for being a cold blooded killer made of ice. A puma who couldn't be beat. "And your Shira." He said with a matter of fact tone. He knew everybody, but nobody wanted to know him.

"How...How do you know my name?" She asked, struggling to mask her shock. She should've known who this was. He had the same glinting golden-yellow eyes that everyone spoke of. And his fur, with the one pure white splash. She shook her head. Of course she would run into a cold blooded murderer. Just her luck.

His tongue rasped over his muzzle as he turned away from her and instead gazed to the water. "I know everyone." He said simple as it was true. Hiding in the shadows gained him a lot of information. "What made you follow me?" He asked dipping hi muzzle back into the cold water he drank a few mor mouthfuls before turning back to her. Water dropped from one of his whiskers.
