Shira, who had finally stopped the battle, spotted the same red puma from the land of light. She followed him silently. Maybe he could take her back to the stars. -
He slid out from the cover of the trees just to see Shira following him. "Hey." He said softly.

She smiled softly, a little embarrased that he had caught her. "I'm sorry, I just..."

He chuckled "don't worry about it. I know what it's like." He nodded "Follow me." He turned and waited for her. When she was next to him he took her through the woods.

Shira looked back and forth, taking in all the sights she never got to see in the tunnels.

It had recently rained and the forest was damp and smelled fresh. He led the way slowly so she could look around. He chuckled at her, it was like leading around a cub.

"What's that? What's that?" She repeated the question over and over, feeling a but foolish.

"Trees, leaves, roots, bark." He said patently a smile playing on his lips. He felt relaxed next to her. "Crickets." He chuckled softly his paws light and easy on the wet ground.

"Crickets..." She repeated. "Is that what's making that funny noise?"

"Mhm." He said leading her out to a clearing. Crickets chirped and fire flys flashed in the night air. "Those glowing things? Those are fire flys."

"Fireflies..." She gasped as one landed on her nose. She stared at it until it flitted away. "Why don't you stay here?"

He shrugged watching the sky "Those cats? The ones under his rule? Need help. I want to help them." He chuckled softly "If I win, I'll show cats what it's like to be up here." He smiled softly his eyes going distant.

She too gazed up at the sky, all aglow with blinking fireflies and twinkling stars. "How can I help?"

He frowned "By being careful. Don't let them know your with me." He sighed watching a fire fly. "Be the snake that whispers revolution in their ears." He said softly "but don't get caught."

Shira nodded. "I will. I just...I don't want to leave this place. It's nice." She stretched and stood. "I won't get caught."
