He looked at her thoughtfully. His gaze was thoughtful and something else. He sighed softly realizing he was just staring at her. Looking away he turned away to start to head back.

The black puma studied him for a moment before laying back down on the damp forest floor, simply enjoying the fresh scents and sights. "I can see why you love it here so much. But to risk your own life, for a bunch of cats who're brainwashed to hate you...it's amazing." She looked into his eyes, and almost saw a smudge of emotion. "You're amazing." She said.

He looked away after she said that a blush crept over his face though you wouldn't be able to tell. Pawing at the ground softly he sneaked a peak at her before looking away again. "Thanks.." He said softly a sense of pride over coming him at the black she-pumas words. "We should get back." He said softly.

She sighed but nodded, standing once again. "Thank you for showing me all of this." Shira said.

He smiled "Anytime." Suddenly he pressed close into her and pressed his muzzle into her neck. Closing his eyes and breathing in her scent he nuzzled her just softly. Then he whispers in her ear "Goodnight M'lady." He said with a smile before turning away. The big puma was suddenly gone as he took off back to the tunnels. Once to the tunnels he slowed down and grinned happily before slipping inside the tunnels and back into the world he didn't like. Rubbing all around the cold walls he end up smelling like dew and the rocks.

Shira was left blinking in the starlight, a blush spreading over her face. She finally shook her pelt, which now smelled like fresh grass and dew, and turned back to the tunnels. "Goodbye, light." She whispered.

He slid into his cave a chuckle going through him. He curled up and laid down in the nest of furs and fell asleep. It was the first night he had fallen asleep without nightmares haunting him.

As Shira settled into her own cave, she sighed, finding herself thinking of the large red puma with the peculiar yellow eyes...

He woke up the next morning but didn't move yet. He sighed softly and slowly rose from his bed. Stretching out his body and popped his back. Slowly stepping out of his cave he hoped not to be met by any of the 'cubs'.

Shira stretched and yawned, exiting her cave and deciding it would be best to hunt.

He found himself bored quickly. He was already missing the sun warming his pelt and the grass tickling his paws. Sighing softly he lept ontop of the cliff and watched the world around him. The darkness and the cats that walked around.
