and one apple a day. i dont remember how long it had been going on for, but this is what i do to myself.
i've been starving myself, but trust me, its not bad.
i just felt like telling you guys because some other people were confessing, and i had to get it out.
my skin bruises easily, when i'm not on gtq i'm sleeping.
i come on to stay awake, and see the only friends i have. all my other ones...well, they left.
but i'm at 89 pounds! :D it's working, just with some side effects.
ugh, why am i telling you guys this? i'm such a drama queen -
No starving! If you don't eat enough, your body starts taking all it can from your already digested food(AKA s---)

If your waist is 19 inches, you're skinny. You need to stop. At least eat two or three apples. I know it feels good to be skinny, and sometimes to be hungry, I've been there, but honestly, don't stave yourself! There are people in Africa who don't have a choice but to starve and they'd kill for the opportunity to have as much food as we get! If you're really that concerned about being thin, I suggest running or some other physical activity. But don't starve yourself! Just eat maybe an egg or some cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch or dinner and maybe a power bar as a snack!
I know there is almost nothing I can do to stop you from this, because sometimes I cut, and no one's going to make me stop, but please, take everything in moderation. -
Dude, you NEED to eat. The more you starve yourself, the SLOWER your metabolism will be. Which is not good cause one day you're going to break down and start stuffing food into your mouth and gain extra weight.
A good way to lose weight is EATING healthy foods and EXERCISING. Cause the more you exercise, the more you can eat.
Future nutrionist here :P so take my word for it, unless you rather lose weight and become ill -
Just to let you know, the average weight for 13 year girls who are about five feet tall are suppose to weigh 95-100 lbs
You don't have to weigh a little to be skinny. I'm 97 lbs and my waist size is like 23 in I think, and people think I'm like 80lbs.
Also the average waist size is about.. 26 or 27 I think (for like 12-13 girls) -
Seriously STOP!. If you starve, yh you lose the weight, but when you eat sumthin, your body stores that as fat to make it last longer. If like you cut yourself, it wont heal properly. I tried to do what you did, and as a result i got severe anemia. Serisouly, it suxs. PLEASE stop. Also, worser things can happen...

you shouldnt starve yourself. Maybe eat less than usual or healthy but no starving!!! read the other posts to see why. I'm 12 and i weigh around 94 pounds but people think i weigh around 70 pounds. Its weird.

You seriously need to stop. I don't mean to sound all mom or anything, but that's not healthy >.> You said your skin bruises easily and you've been sleeping a lot? That's when you know you're overdoing it, Sisi!
And everyone is right. The more you starve yourself, the slower your motabilism howeveryouspellit will be, and also the weaker you will get.
If you want to be skinny, eat a little bit all throughout the day and work out a bit >.>
And I'm sorry about your friend situation... I'm kind of going through the same thing right now. We're here for you and will support you-but I don't like the sound of you potentially starving yourself. If you get too skinny, you could get seriously sick.
*Spazzing out* My mom went through this, and she had to see a doctor because she was going anorexic :( I don't want to see this happen to anyone else... -

I have a problem, and it's where my vision f---s up and I think I weigh more than I really do. I think you might have that too... and I also think you should probably tell your parents or a doctor for help :\ -
